Nope, the background doesn't scroll a full screen width with the foreground.

Correct dims are 1440 x 1280. You are using twice the stock resolution width 720 x 2 = 1440. You should be able to find a lot more wallpapers at that resolution.

Installation Instructions
For Xperia phones only!
Device must be rooted & have CWM Recovery installed!
Download the .zip package for your phone (see attachments).
Copy package to SD Card.
Boot into recovery.
