Okay so I'm trying to listen to music from my phone (HTC inspire) to my Xbox 360. Both are running on same internet one is wired(Xbox) and my phone is wireless.. I'm getting two bars Max 1 mostly. And everytime I'm listening to music using both airsync and even imediashare about 3 songs it music just stops. I figured it was my screen turning off so I kept it on and in the middle of my song it stops... then whenever I go to change the song on the 360 my Xbox freezes due to the app -.+ I can't seem to get any of these apps to work and its really frustrating because I just wanna listen to music and clean my room -.- anyone have any good ideas on how to fix these problems? (Do not troll and tell me to buy a new router, Xbox, go to ps3 or any of those lame things.)

Use a USB cable and set your phone in USB storage mode. Works like a charm.

Sometimes when I play music on my ATRIX the music starts to skip no matter what player I use. When I pull the battery and restart it, it doesn't do it anymore, But a few days later or even hours later it will do the same thing. Im getting annoyed with having to restart all the time, am I the only one experiencing this problem?

Could be your music library. Try to defragment or format the sd.

So I've been using this phone for a while and use it daily on my commute to work with the car dock to listen to music. I can't help but notice that the music seems to skip more than I think it should. It's a really small thing but it just has really started to annoy me.
I'm rooted but running stock rom and use Google music to play my music. From what I've experienced the device acts like the music service doesn't have a high enough priority when playing and some other running service interrupts it for just long enough to cause a skip. Anyone else experiencing this or have any ideas for a tweak that might fix this issue?
I use Google Music daily and haven't seen that problem yet, so it probably isn't an inherent problem.
Need more details, like are you using Bluetooth, using wifi, do you have any rogue apps that may be taxing your system?
Maybe do a speed test when you get a skip just to see if it may be a bandwidth problem.
I've noticed the google music app has a tendency to think a song is way shorter than it actually is and skips to the next too early. Really hard bug to get rid of once it starts.

Try clearing your music cache. It just didn't get the while song cached.

Maybe it skips cause data where you're at blows like my area?
Have you tried changing your proxy settings in ##data# ? Should help with the streaming.
I have no issues with data streaming, the problem occurs even after fully cached. As I said I believe the issue resides in some sort of priority issue. Is out possible too change the base priority of the app our make some other memory our system tweak that may give a better result?

I've read a few threads where People are playing their music and sounds thru Bluetooth. I've tired changing the output in the stock music app, but it doesn't stick, the sound still comes out of the phone speakers. I don't see anything Under settings. Am i missing something?

Are you already paired with the BT device?
What ROM are you running, there is a known bug in the currant ICS releases.
Matt
I'm paired, calls work fine. I'm running GB, clean rom 1.6.5 sp1. I haven't tried an ICS ROM yet.

I remember having selected output at some point when I was getting it going. Now it selects it on its own. So when I connect in the car and it's paired it automatically plays the music through the car stereo, when it's not paire it plays through the phone speakers. Of course, I do have to select BT for my music input in the car. Could it be as simple as having overlooked that option on the paired device?
Pairing for phone and pairing for audio are two separate things. Make sure you are paired for audio.

Yeah... that's it. I had to also connect the phone as a portable music player for the car in addition to pairing it.
I'm using btmono by bedoig from the marketplace. I use the free version and it works great on infellibis 1.1.

What are you trying to push music too? Whatever it is, it must support A2DP.
I have a Sony BT head in my truck and stream Pandora from my phone to it. I also have a set of BT stereo over the ear headphones. Both devices boost the Rez's music stream...fantastic audio quality.
Check out "btmono" on the market....it might work for you.

I want to use my IP Camera as a baby monitor to listen only, but when I leave the app or the display turns off, so does the audio. Is there a way to force an app to continue running in the background in order to continue listening to it? Make sense? Hope so....

Well, if you leave your phone on the charger and tick the box to ne er sleep while charging, the screen will always be on, but very dim, hence the app will still run

I've done that but I need to move around too much for that to be a viable option. If I could only force beats audio to stay alive it might work, but I can't say for sure.

I've tried using twonky and double twist to stream music from my phone to my Xbox 360 but a couple secs into the song it will stop sending. I kept the phone away and it still does it. I'm running cm10. Does anyone have any ideas on what's going on?
