what is the error? i bet you flashed a broken firmware, reflash via odin a fresh one
Restoring stock with cwm isn't possible after flashing ext 2/3/4. You should use Odin: as many people above me said

No a custom custom kernel will not remove your ROM, before you flash your chosen kernel read the devs instructions and notes on the brick bug issue. I use the latest siyah have had no problems. Read before flashing there is no rush. All the best

Nope it shouldn't brick your device but Instead of using Odin why not use the safer CWM recovery?

please rephrase your post. It's not clear
Swyped from my Samsung Galaxy SII
He meant stock Samsung kernel.
OP: you can't do this, since CM9 needs kernel compatible with AOSP ROMs.
Then is there any way to remove cm9 rom?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
If you want to remove CM9, I am assuming that you wish to replace it with a new ROM. Go through the forum and choose a new ROM and place it in your phone's USB drive or SD card. Then go into ClockWorkMod Recovery mode and Factory Reset/Wipe your device. Then install a new zip and choose the zip file of the ROM you downloaded. If there is any part of this that you do not know how to do, say so and I will give instructions or refer you to one of the many excellent guides that have already been written.
A kernel is essentially only a part of a ROM. So when you flash a new ROM you are flashing a new kernel as well, but when you flash a new kernel you are only changing the kernel section of your ROM, not your entire ROM.

Which sgs2 model do you have?
It sounds like your flashing incorrect rom/kernel to your model or you have corrupted files.
GT-i9100 of course ,I don't understand what went wrong everything should have been simple and all the files were correct

You gotta keep flashing.
Try stock first, that will give you a clean start.
And try to get ROMs from XDA, not google.
When I tried a stock ROM I don't remember the name but it got stock on S logo and the recovery mod didn't work, and the stock ROM that was installed is I9100xxkp8

Is it possible to install a custom Kernel if I am already rooted and running a custom ROM (Resurrection Remix)?

what version of android are you using?
if it is based on samsung leaked rom you can't install a custom kernel.
if it is based on cyanogen base or samsung 4.1.2 base, you can flash siyan kernel !
Most custom kernels can be flashed with cwm recovery... But make sure its a .zip file
