Hey guys, just wanted to share this great find. I recently purchased a seidio 4000mah extended battery for my evo3d, & am now rocking it caseless, so i decided to shop for a holster. Today i came across buy.com which is selling the seidio branded one for $2.95, which sells for like $30.00 before taxes on seidio's website. Well according to seidio it'll fit/work with the extended batteries, as long as u don't have a case on it. I ordered it cuz' I saw pics with a naked evo3d/4000mah battery back, & it looked like it fit fine. Also when u look up this product in seidio's website it say's it's compatible with both extended batteries.
Probably won't work with a tpu case, according to seidio it's meant for caseless/naked phones. But hey, for $2.95, what do u got to lose.

Thanks for the heads up! Been looking fire a simple case for the weekends when I'm not using my Defender. Didn't like how tight the HTC leather pouch was, fit my Evo 4g prefect. I haven't even thought about a holster, but this will be perfect! Never bought from them before, hope shipping doesn't take forever. Will hit the thanks button when I'm not on XDA App

That sucks. I kind of thought it might be a mistake since it was so cheap. Mine says it shipped, so some probably will go out.

Nah', it wasn't a mistake, I e-mailed the vendor & he said it was a limited time thing. If you try to order one now it say's they're sold out, I don't think they're gonna' re-stock it at the same price, I'm still waiting on mine, say's it should be delivered by tuesday

Same here, I just received mine in the mail about 5 mins ago, it came in the original box/packaging too. I wish I would've ordered a couple more, who knows when a deal like this will ever come around again.
I ended up ordering two. Got them a couple of days ago
Mine came in the mail yesterday. I was shocked to see it in the full retail packaging! I honeslty expected it to be in a plastic bag, nothing else. I now wish I would have ordered about 10 so I could help out the members here who want one but missed out on it. Sorry guys.
The quality is great, as is almost everything from Seidio!! This is exactly what I need for evenings and weekends, when my 3D comes out of its Defender case. Just wish I could now find a holster just like this that would fit my Commuter and Impact (since they are almost identical in size). If any one knows of one, please do share!
Ok so the little red trim ring on the battery door is starting to come off which is really annoying and I'd like to replace it. Anyone know if these are sold separately somewhere?

Go to a Sprint store and request/ask them politely for a replacement battery door. I did that when I had the EVO 3D, they got me a new door within seconds.

Nice. And a very good price.
But I'd rather one without that red ring at all. I don't know why, but I feel like it just accentuates the early 1980s cassette look of the 3D dual camera!
Kinda like a woman uses eye-liner to make her eyes pop, I feel like removing the red would de-emphasize this. Maybe it's just me.

Update: my replacement oem battery cover from Cybercellulars (amazon vendor) came in today. Product is exactly like the original piece that comes on the phone itself and is in perfect shape. Couldn't have asked for more for like $12, I recommend it.

I have been looking for replacement covers for a very long time, without any success so far. Of course, there are original covers, but prices are unreasonable. (White cover for 90 bucks? Come on!). Remember buying beautiful chrome battery cover for Galaxy i9000 for 5$, I wonder how is possible that eBay is not full of OEM covers for 3VO. I really dont get it. There are loads of cheap chinese stuff for any other phone but this one.
I bought an OEM battery door on Ebay for $15 shipped. They are there. You just have to keep checking.

I went to best buy and the at&t store looking for the stylus but they dont have it in the store and you have to order it online....best buy prices are higher then some of the other online stores

While you're looking, you should also look into getting a full-size stylus. They're a lot more comfortable than the S-Pen and you won't have to pull the S-Pen out as much.
You do have to do some homework and figure out which stylus would work. Active stylus for Windows Tablets generally have a good chance of working. I'm using an old pen from a HP/Compaq TC1100 tablet. I've heard some from IBM/Lenovo Tablets work too. I haven't tried any with the eraser on the other end, but I hear that works too if you can find one.
I also tried the pen from my Wacom Bamboo. Did not work... even though the Note has a Wacom Digitizer. Weird!
Anyway, for drawing and sketching, the larger stylus allow for much better feel and control.
Wonder if there are any S-Pen tether options.

You have a couple of options available to you. You can either call AT&T and tell them the pen isn't working (tell them you tried your friends pen and it worked), and they should send you a replacement. Or, you can order one from Amazon.com for $30. Good luck!!

The only plus of buying it at AT&T is you can switch it right away if it gets damaged, otterbox offers the same thing though, but they ship it out, i've had 3 cases replaced by them (3 different phones) and 2 of them were just regular wear and tear.

Depends on the case now actually. They've been having us go through otterbox for all warranty exchanges now. Mainly iphone ones though.

Yeah, I'm waiting, I get 50% off all accessories at AT&T stores due to my pops working for the post office. Plus I just purchased a Speck case that I will be taking back just as soon as this Otter Box hits the stores.

I've gotten otter boxes on eBay and have had them replace them for me free of charge. In fact, they replaced a case twice for the HTC g2 when I had that. So get it for cheaper ANYWHERE else.
Anyone herd if there making one for the Evo.
I want a cheap tpu case but one with a little swag and the androidify case look pretty nice.

Thanks, just ordered a green one. $5 shipping is a bit steep imo though. I also ordered 2 tpu cases from diztronic in matte and high gloss black so now i have 3 options to choose from.
I grabbed one!I just like the androidify case, ill probably get others but Ill rock the green one for a bit. Whenever my phone gets here of course...

I ordered 3 last night for less than 20 bucks shipped. I got the pink, orange, and green. My wife and I now have 7 cases for 2 phones. LOL.
Let me explain...
When I got our phones I ordered 2 cases, Diztronic matte black and Amzer "white". Then I found out about the free cases from Sprint and got those.
The Amzer "white" description and photo was totally misleading. It's more like clear but not quite. On the phone, it looks like it is aged by the sun and/or smoke.
Still waiting to get my Diztronic...
Finally, I found out about Cruzerlite and liked their design. I really only needed 1 case for my wife but the buy 2 get 1 free deal with free shipping was too good to pass up.

Just got mine. Really fast shipping. I think ordered these on this past Monday. Case fits perfect. All holes cutout and match up. The power button is somewhat blocked. But it still works. Just need to press a little extra or come from back to front. The white one is what I have on it now. And makes it look very nice. Has texture on the back for grip. And same along sides. I'd rate it a 9 out of 10
