New strange problem with sound (no sound but the phone call rings) !!!!!

That's not the usual problem with speaker
I know the old problem and its solving
my problem is that there isn't any sound from speaker or headphone ,but when i receive a phone call the speaker rings !
also I can't hear the caller
may anyone help me ?
offcourse I tried to format
and
I changed the rom
!!!!!!!!!!!!
It might because of hardware problem. Using earphone or bluetooth headset may temporary solve the problem. Repairing the hardware in the pro workshop is more recommended
Good luck.
I had similar problem.

Tell me more about your problem. Did you tried another radio rom?
I think I know the solution. Report me if radio rom doesn't help, and I'll give you further instructions.

[Q] RadioFM and headset issue

hi all, its my first post :3
I've got an Huawei um840 with froyo 2.2,is pretty cool but it has a little issue with the headset volume while playing music (its so low)
the interesting thing, when I turn on the radioFM and Poweramp (or another music player) at same time, the headset volume increases 40%!! does somebody know why is it happen?
can I create the "hwVolumeFactor.cfg" myself? I triend to find it on "/system/etc" to edit the file, but it doesn't exist there..
I've tried installing Android eclair and Android Gingerbread with dsp manager, but It didn't fix the problem, I've tried rewriting Audiofiler.cvs but nothing too.
really thanks I really would like to fix this missed cause I love this phone

[Q] Force mono sound

Hi folks,
I was hoping someone could help me out with this. I'm unable to hear in my right ear, so i need to wear one earphone. The problem is, obviously, that i miss half the sound of a lot of songs due them being played in stereo. I was wondering if there's a way to force all the music through the headphones to be played in mono?
I've done a bit of searching Google on this, didn't really find very much, although there was vague mention of being able to edit a system file on a rooted device to achieve this. Anyone know if this is true, or of any other way to get mono sound?
Any help would be appreciated!
Friendly bump! :fingers-crossed:

I appreciate the reply I did come across this app, I was hoping there might of been a way to do it whilst using standard headphones, instead of bluetooth. I guess there's no way this can be done at present

Xperia go headphone volume? help

Hi , I'm having to use my xperia go while my other sony is being fixed but the volume from the headset port is too low, I've tried using the soundmod but it turns out its just for the external speaker, viper4android does a good bit in helping but its still a bit underpowered.
Ive looked into editing the mixer_paths.xml and snd_soc but neither doesnt exist on my phone . Does anyone know where they can be found?
Also im only trying to drive a set of earbuds , not anything stupidly big like 40mm drivers i remember when i first had this phone i nearly bought a fiio i found it so quiet , but surely if theres a way for do it for the speaker the headphones can too i hope anyone out there?
(Forgot to add im running rooted 4.1.2 l/b only reason for this was because the a2dp wasnt working on the updated versions)
关机重启试试
我试着去找到音频路径/ mixer_path文件通过耳机端口,以提高音频
Wǒ shìzhe qù zhǎodào yīnpín lùjìng/ mixer_path wénjiàn tōngguò ěrjī duānkǒu, yǐ tígāo yīnpín
Im trying to locate the audio path / mixer_path files to increase the audio through the headphone port
