how i can change the language of my ROM?
i'am french what's pack i can download for change language?
please i need help (for LEWA ROM for example)
LEWA-Rom only "knows" English and Chinese at the moment.
But one of their developers said, that they'll publish language-tables soon, so custom languages like french can be created.
All other CM7 based Roms have a lot of languages, french too.

That is not very possible bro..
Windows ROM supporting only English language with the local regional language....
If you need to add Persian or Arabic language, must need to find a ROM from these region.......
Hello just an question when installing Miui there is only some language to change it to and all the multilanguage dosent have swedish but yhey have support of add swedish just for the phone so facebook and every app i install get in swedish but no menues. But the Miui ORGINAL is there any way of add just an language so the apps be in right language too? some umpack of zip and an easy change? i have some programs how only have support for the orginal rom like esswitch.

I've read somewhere that CyanogenMod may have a build for Russian language. Even if you can't find a mod that has full Russian language support, you can still download keyboards that contain Russian language characters.
most that are based off 9100 should have russian keyboard, for example ICScrewD

unfortunately the language of rom is Japanese !
and i need a english patch for translate the japanese language to english
It should be chinese, not japanese and english should be already supported by default. Are you sure you cannot jump into the chinese written menu and find the option to set english as default?
I own a different phone, but I have a miui too, so you could try set locale and language free by Brucedior which could help.
