Never mind. You don't have to be sad because the successor of Ice Cream Sunday Final is out. It is the Carbon Sunday ROM! This ROM is still in BETA, so you might find some bugs on it. So post your found bugs here and I'll purpose to the maker of this ROM-JUSADA.
Carbon Sunday is a light weight ROM, even lighter than Ice Cream Sunday Final BUT it has more features than Ice Cream Sunday Final. This ROM already includes Slaid's LagFreeV1 and TurboBoost-V8.5 scripts. Zeam Launcher is the default launcher of this ROM. Stock gallery removed and Quick Pic is the default gallery. Ice Cream Sandwich keyboard is out and WP Keyboard is rocking in it. Last, live wallpaper is included!
Note: Since it is a light weight ROM, so do not ask questions about some features not working. Thanks.

How to install?
First, you need a Gingerbread baseband and ClockWorkMod 5.
Then boot into CWM5.

Last, reboot and enjoy!
ATTENTION!!! This ROM is made by JUSADA. All credits go to him. I'm just sharing his ROM here with his permission because he is no longer supporting XDA.

Jusada has made very good roms for Ace, from all CM7 roms out there his are the best for me... Gonna try this one too

I have seen your permission request & @Jusada's reply on tumblr & all is good...
Now judging from @Jusada's reply I take it that he is not supporting this specific rom here on XDA, probably as it is only in Beta phase... @Jusada is very particular about releasing unfinished or flawed works... I also assume that his other XDA projects will continue...?
Anyway, gonna check this out soon as I nandroid my current rom set up...

Well its my opinion, if your not satisfy then look @other comment who support your voice. But it seems whenever a new guy upload any rom many of dev just spamming his thread like Ali (ROM, i also not support) or like this even after clearly mention that this rom is made by Jusada and give proper credit.
I think all you guy just feeling jealous

Great news for Ics cm9 by maclaw and team , the alpha 4 will run faster than gingerbread and cm7.
And bonus news maclaw by himself had fixed the headset problem.

1. Make your own rom
2. Stick with stock rom, don't join xda and don't spam the devs here
3. Email Sammy( I doubt anyone's gonna try this but this is worth a shot )
4. Request the xda devs to create one use the magic words like please, thank you, excuse me, "sir" etc ..
They are working free of cost ..they deserve some respect
So u found a bug a rom and u r bugged by itD) :
1. Google the problem ..there is a possiblity that the problem is already solved
P.S. once I thought that XDA was a dev only site so I googled a entire year b4 I understood that noobs have a place over here too.
2. Go to stock and spam Samsung
3. Throw your phone out
4.create a thread in the general section in sga forums. Again use the magic words ....

If you think making ROMs is soo easy, then go make one yourself. And respect others hardwork, all devs are doing it for free. We are sacrificing our precious time to do all this. We have to handle academics and other stuff too :banghead:

I think our Ace is a very popular device, and there's a lot of people, who doesen't read even, or carefully enough, and that's why the noob questions. Noobs will always be here, and everywhere...
But those, who say that your work is not good enough, or always asking about ETAs, and so on... No, I can't understand them. They are not just noobs, they are simply miserable, who don't know, that this is not your job, you don't get money for this, and you have privacy either. With theese people... I don't know what to do.

I dont see why the DEV section cant be a moderated forum where every post has to be allowed through by a moderator.

DooAce lets not start it again i m tried of saying "noob" again and again ...they are just lazy ppl ....just lazy ...lets just keep ourselves clean by not saying anything offensive. .... They will learn a lesson one day...when devs stop working ......untill then let them spam away:banghead: ....

Its a shame, it might start again once CM9 is stable

noobs were troubling nims a lot.
everyone was asking for camera etc,
so he decided to remove it ,once cm9 becomes stable it will be back!
till then ,wait and watch!
