- Update Flashtool to latest version
- Flash any stock based 4.0.4 rom or official ftf with Flashtool Skip this step if you are already on a 4.0.4 stock based rom
- Go into recovery and do advanced => wipe dalvik cache and factory reset
- install my rom

I didn't move it just started a new one in Neo V forums
it won't be much lighter then KA09 but it will be better
KA11 or KA12 will be much more stable because then Sony will have released official ICS I hope

My reputation and the usage of my rom has climbed I want to thank all of you for the great support and confidence you guys are having in me. I'm very pleased to see there are a lot of people that like my rom because it's stable, fast, they like the interface, battery life, etc
My network subscription is near the end of it's 2 year contract. That's why I'm announcing that I will probably upgrade to the new Sony Xperia S. The Xperia S will cost me €350 so I'll have to sell my Xperia Neo to compensate the price of the new phone.
== What does this mean? == - I have to sell my Xperia Neo to buy the new Xperia S - I think I will be forced to stop development for my rom on Xperia Neo & Neo V, Xperia Arc & Arc S and Xperia Ray - I probably can only continue development if one of my closest friends or someone in my family buys the phone. - KA10 or KA11 will be last version if I have to stop development

The official ICS rom will come end of march, begin, of april (this means it can come every moment) so I probably will still be able to release my rom with official ics rom sources

since this is my first post in your dev Thread,
first thing to do is saying THANKS A LOT for this Great Rom !!!
Using it since KA05.
I just installed KA10, and i was missing the root explorer after the update !?
since i have no other file explorer installed i had to install root explorer via adb
(glad i had the backuped re.apk)
Did you remove it from the latest release !?
One other thing is wifi is still sometimes laggy using browser or play store, but not using any streaming s/w. TuneIN Radio is working fine, WHEN the Stream is running.
I still have to use the workaround (open Terminal Explorer , let "ping google.de" run in background) to have wifi perfectly working on all apps.
But since this is the only issue, i´m using this rom for everyday usage

Just got one other Issue in mind, Video recording is a bit laggy...
but this not really a problem for me,
i think it is still a Smartphone/Handy not a video cam
