Lets make a deal! Giving away a gadget guard from AT&T. - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note I717

Got an extra one. They cost $30 and once you have one, you get free ones for life, even if you screw up installing it. Just go to an at&t store.
Seems identical to a Zagg front cover.
I'm giving it away to the person that finds me the best bulk deal on the regular cheap 3 piece install ones. Frosted anti fingerprint or clear.
Someone hook me up and ill hook you up!

Not sure what you mean by 3 piece install, but as for cheap this is what I just ordered, only $2
http://www.ebay.com/itm/22098378678...NX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_2329wt_912

No deal!
I found this: 20 pieces 20 dollars.
http://www.aliexpress.com/product-f...axy-Note-LTE-I717-20-Pcs-Lot-wholesalers.html
I just don't want to wait for shipping, lol.

You could try these. I have not used these personally but for low cost these would be cheaper than the 20 pieces 20 dollars one you found.
http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-SGH-i...WO/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1332993976&sr=8-16
$1.97 for 3 or $13.79 for 21 (if you order 7 sets of this product)

I purchased them shipping is 21 days. The make no mention of installation though.

Cheap OtterBox Knock-Offish Cases?

Has anybody tried these out yet? Just saw them on eBay today.
OtterBox Knock Offs
Their feedback is pretty good, but they haven't been selling these particular cases for very long. So, I'm guessing nobody that bought one has reviewed it yet.
Whatcha think?
Been thinking about one of these as a backup. @ 20 bucks might just go for it.
I like the Defender so much because of the camera protection. This knock-off leaves the camera area exposed, offering them no protection...Guess it all depends on your wants/needs, but this case also just has a cheap look to me..specifically the button/hole covers

You can get a defender case for only 12 dollars more on amazon.
Just received mine today. I think I paid 36 all together with shipping.
As long as it not otterbox, then yes.
Otterbox wants you to setup a crime scene before you can return a defective unit.
They don't have any integrity about standing by their product.

Quite the opposite actually. 95% of people who call in don't have to do anything to get replacement, myself included. I called them, explained the issue, he asked for my email address and mailing address then told me i would receive it in about a week, didn't have to do ANY thing. Plus get to keep the old one for a backup, nice!! Bet customer service anywhere!!

I pretty much guarantee you will get better customer support from otterbox than you will this knock off company.
I got an otterbox defender for my OG evo as soon as they became available. 3x I had to have it replaced (for minor issues) and 3x they sent me replacements with little to no trouble. I had to take a picture of the damage the first time.
Btw the replacements were for 1 the kickstand snapped in half and the other 2 were related to the holster cracking. (I was very hard on the holster, always bumping it into walls/doors lol)

I went ahead and got one full price 49.99 right after i bought my Evo. Could have waited---- but whatever.
I think this would be a good cheap alternative mainly due to the exposed buttons. The defender works as advertised but i might want a lower profile, easier access, less tapedeck looking case.
Ive had one problem with the defender. watch were you sit. The belt clip has a weak point and it will break if you hit it in the right spot.
Edit: On second thought- there is no way to make the Evo 3d not look like a a Walkman
I woul probably like the knokoff more if all buttons/ ports were exposed.
MMMM, Nom Nom Nom
I ordered the Defender. Got a discount from Retailmenot.com and really like it. Ditched the crappy built in screen protector and grabbed a zagg also got the discount for that at retailmenot.com.
I am suppose to be getting my otterbox in the mail tomorrow from fedex. I love the camera protection it offers. And the best thing is I got it for free, haha through best buy accommodations.

Verizonwireless.com High Gloss Silicon Case. What do you guys think?

Trying to get a head start on accessories before I get the phone, lol.
Does anyone own the High Gloss Silicon Case available direct from Verizon. It comes in 3 colors. $19.99 each.
They have a sale this weekend, buy 3 items get 20 percent off, buy 5 items get 30 percent off.
I was planning on getting the screen protectors directly from them also, and maybe an extra STANDARD size battery.
What do you guys think?
Here is the Verizon link:

oy that's expensive.
honestly, i'd just reccommend checking out cruzerlite tpu cases...go checkout my thread for pics, reviews and links to their stuff..they're much cheaper than 20 bucks..that's really expensive

I coughed up the $20 for this case in black. I bought the phone just before traveling on business and did not want it naked. (I actually had just decided not to purchase another phone for a while as I had my Incredible rooted and on a stable ROM with a great kernel, etc. etc., but the LCD cracked. I suspect it was a Verizon OTA screen cracking exploit nobody knows about....)
I like how the case wraps around the Rezound. I also suprisingly like the gloss. We'll see how it holds up. I typically keep a case for a few months then decide I want something "else." Once a phone is rooted, I need to be able to pull the battery frequently while tinkering around with it, so a silicon case is a nice option, as opposed to a hard two-piece case that I'm constantly pulling apart. It feels like a "better" case than the cheaper silicon ones I can get at the stand at the mall right outside the Verizon store.
Picked up the red gloss case and so far so good I like that it doesn't add any bulk.

I tried it on in stores and it looked pretty good but honestly theres not much of a difference from the ones found on ebay
I have this same case in black and love it. I just need a holster that this case can fit into.

the standard clamshell holster that verizon sells has always worked on the silicone cases on all the phones I have had.. bionic, charge, tbolt and razr; yes i may have a problem
I have the black one aswell. I liked it ok for a cheap case... I didn't like that the camera wasn't really protected... But that's really it tbh. Love my commuter otterbox

Yep, I have the black high gloss case also. With the case on, the Rezound fits perfectly in my hand and the case adds a nice grip to avoid dropping

Grabbed the black one when I picked up the phone. Fairly nice but not worth 20 bucks imo. Once my Otterbox commuter comes in, it's going back and I'll pick up a car charger.
I picked this up from Verizon about a week ago and I love it it protects my phone and it provides a good grip and with my discount I only paid $15

I got sick of taking my OG Droid case off everytime I get in the car, so I left it off... of course that was the day I dropped it.

and do they have them for the extended battery to?...

eBay has a great selection and variety. I got the i9100 tpu case for a $1.30. The only difference is the top mic hole is in a different spot, which is easy to fix. There is also a small extra hole for the strap, but the i777 doesn't have this. It shipped from Hong Kong and takes around two weeks, but its really cheap. There are also plenty of other cases that you can choose from, just browse eBay.

Hit the various AT&T Corp Stores in your towns. All the cases they have/had for the i777 are on their clearance rack for $5 each. I've picked up 4 cases in 2 different cities for $5/each. CaseMate/Ballistic, all the good aftermarket brands that AT&T sold for $30 when the phone 1st came out. Again, this is for corporate owned AT&T stores. Have no idea about the authorized retailers.
Im using the tpu s line on both this guy and my nokia. Nice and simple, cheap, and primarily not bulky like other stuff out there.
i love my case and its cheap. doent get stuck in your pocket or collect lint. covers the whole housing. very nice tight fit. has an ok design on it. had it for awhile now and its held up great. doesnt make the phone bulky at all either. the case is just right and i love it. was worth the money for sure. i had the cheap 3 dollar silicone case from ebay and that thing sucked so bad i hated it lol. i highly recommend this case to anybody looking for one on the cheap but fits the phone nice and does wut its suppose to

Not $10 but a good deal!
I had a white Case-Mate POP Case for about 7 months but after some drops i wanted to replace it. I purchased the first one from a AT&T store for $35 the day I got my phone and didn't care about price just wanted a case to protect my phone. I recntly purchased this black one from there site for under $20 it was $19 and some change, and I ordered the phone thursday morning and recieved if from Fedex friday afternoon and that was with free shipping. So I know it's not $10, but this is a great case from a good manufacturer. My favorite thing about the case is the stand and the volume and power buttons have great feedback.

I bought this case from Ebay as well. I found the power and volume buttons difficult to push and when trying to get the volume to go up or down was difficult as it seemed to want go both directions when pressing it.
I use the AGF Magnate case. Can be found at all4cellular for $8.

Poetic Case for the HTC ONE Max

looks good! i have not used a Poetic before. what material is this made of ?

I seem to like the Poetic Invictus Hybrid Case with the kick stand, just wonder how it feels.
If the invictus is anything like the one for the note 3 I'd stay away.. Very glossy and slippery kind of like a naked galaxy s3...but the part that was a deal breaker was the buttons were near impossible to press so much so that they offered buyers the option to return it for another case free of charge... Maybe they revised the buttons on this one though... The kickstand leaves alot to be desired as well

yep, buying cases/screen protectors, or any accessories at any of the phone stores is a monumental rip off...The same manufacturers who package stuff for Verizon/ATT/Sprint sell their stuff on Amazon in a plain package for about 80-90% less...
I'm planning on ordering something from amazon and taking this back.. I didn't trust myself for a week while I waited for it to ship here.

I ordered some stuff from amazon a couple of days before I got the phone, so I only had 2 days with no protection until stuff started coming in from Amazon..Keep the Verizon stuff until you get your amazon stuff. They give you 30 days to return stuff, don't they?
That hybrid style is probably the best case I've seen. They need to make a holster for it.

its nice, but very thin, no real protection for the top or bottom; its more like a thin hard plastic shell, that will protect the back of the phone from scratches, but thats about it. No lip to protect the screen if you turn it face down, so,its more decorative than protective..

I rather spend $10 on a better quality screen protector than take a gamble. If both turned out to be bad, you just wasted $10, have to spend more on a better one and possibly use your phone until the new one arrives.

For ten bucks I don't think it's fair to say you wasted your money, I'm sure some of what you got in there is gonna be worth keeping, but I have a general rule: be very, very careful around any brand that has 90% off sales.
