Arabic custom ROMs

Hello, Guys!
My friend bought a new gt-s5830i and he thought it's the original Ace (without I).
He wanted to flash a custom Rom which have some features like 14 toggle and swipe to clear but I cannot see if any of existing ROM have any Arabic support!!
Do you know some ROMs which support Arabic??

I know about this .. You wrote about it in Persian ROM question. But it lacks to the main tweaks.
Why don't developers add Arabic support to their ROMs like I was used to in Galaxy Mini section?!

Developers do whatever they want. Some of them add language support if there's a lot of demand, but most of those willing to add languages wait till their ROM reaches an advanced state anyway.

Because its not really easy to add RTL support as easily as other languages .Half of the times it gets messed up.Half of the roms are at Beta stage, we don't really like to add languages in them because its really really time consuming. We have to edit each and every apk and the full framework to add Multi-Lang support. We mostly add multi language support only in the final version

So why don't developers depend on (Middle East) version of stock ROM from the first (make it his base ROM)?!

First of all, do not revive old threads. Second, there's the offtopic thread right above in the section you posted. You may post your doubt there. Third, i think Cyanogenmod 7.2 has arabic language. Fourth (lol), there's no update for your device except 2.3.7 (the Cyanogenmod 7.2, that is still gingerbread. Well, that's all.

At first there is no best rom. Everybody just has its own favourite rom.
Try Simplicity, I had it for 1 month, but now I am using Stock Rom again.

Why?
Why did you do that, Android-fany?
ibo1996, Im now using MindCr Rom. Because this rom is cleaner than Movistar's (Spanish operator) stockrom.
The stock rom have a lot of useless software and the internal memory is small.
Only happens that now I dont have voice to text in keyboard.

MindCr is also good
I heard many people saying that it was smoother than stock too....
And about firmware from another country I don't really know but shouldn't create any problem
Many do that via odin
But ask anyone else

if you flash stock rom from different country you might get network problems (i think). There should be no effect on phone's functionality

I just get problems with Custom Roms, so I just use Stock Rom with Scripts.
I've used RazorDroid 2.5, Stock and Simplicity to now.
RazorDroid is a good rom, was my first custom rom and it was ok. Then i bricked my phone trying to create a partition on my sd, so i flashed the new stock rom with odin and it was really good after deleting all the crapy apps like google+ etc etc, the only thing that i dont like in stock rom is the notification bar (green and gray WTF?), so i tried then Simplicity v4 and its really good, a lot of free space, i have like 46 apps and still have 80mb of space. Im using this rom now and i dont notice any important bug.
You just need to try some roms and decide yourself.
I also vote for stock ROM because it is really fast than others and no bugs.
Some features can be upgraded with help of apps.
I tried all custom roms and decide to switch again to stock because :
- arabic language support was not good enough (even with patches but thanks devs)
- some custom roms, including simplicity v4 has some issues with custom kernels and scripts (Adrenaline)
For those who like custom, i would advice JellyBlast 3.0.4 (not yet tried 3.0.5)
BTW i think, if no arabic based rom still not exist, then i would do it
AW: Which is the best rom do you think?
I think jelly blast Rom is one of the best if you want that your phone looks like ics / jelly bean

Jelly Blast is the best themed ROM as in it's fully themed, no forgotten windows or buttons. On the downside, there are a few quirks (e.g. black text on dark background).
Can't really compare anything else considering they're all stock themed ROMs (not talking about CM), and they all have pretty much the same potential if you apply the same tweaks (build.prop / init.d / custom kernels).

Agreed. Unfortunetly the clock app still buggy even after the last update 3.0.5

Arabic fonts & cClock

HI,
I installed custom Rom 4.1.2 UltimaRom but is it possible to get Arabic fonts like the ones in 4.2.2 cos other custom Rom like Vanilla Rootbox or CM10.1 I installed had very clear Arabic fonts /text. The ones in 4.1.2 aren't very good, hardly readable.
Also is it possible to add cClocks from above roms.
Thanks all
Anyone plz
