This is even better then aix weather, which isn't developed any longer. It has long term prediction and additional weather information like wind, pressure, cloudiness:

You should try the "weather sky live wallpaper" from the playstore. I wish someone would make the HRC sense 2 one with analog clock

Not really... Sorry...
But i use the "World Weather Clock Widget".
It's compact and nice (especially 4x2).
