Hi,
Anyone who hasn't tinkered their phone specially with some other 'stock ROM' please see if they could extra/upload the original UK ROM?
I have updated using one of the stock eternity ROMs but am not sure which one has the correct firmware/radios. - think this might have something to do with odd battery drains.
If you can't upload your ROM but have a brand spanking new Titan from the UK retailer i.e. carphonewarehouse or similar.. could you please provide details from your 'About' page?
Not spanking new but as upto date as zune will take it.

Thank you guys!
Now the stock eternity ROM that I've flashed as everything the same as you described so I am presuming Eternity stock = Titan UK stock. However, the OS bit says - 7.10.8107.79 Wonder how much difference could that make. Glad to see radios and firmwares are same!

I just received the notificiation that there was an update available.
I'm installing it now. It was named "HTC update".
Anybody having an idea what's in it?
Can't seem to find anything yet
I allready was on 7392. So don't look at the OS version. It remained the same after the update. Maybe it has something to do with the bootloader or radio? Maybe interesting for ansar?
This is the phone information afterwards:

Firmware revision number: 2250.21.13301.111

Radio hardware version: A.102.0.D4

Just got a notification about an HTC Update for my phone. Orange UK but I unlocked it so I could use it for O2 UK.
Any benefits of this update at all?
I'm on Orange UK and my phone just got HTC phone updates. but seems like nothing different than before.
unbranded HTC 7 Mozart. Malaysia. Just got the update today. Some sites say the update include better call quality overall and battery life improvements. In the process of updating atm.
update: done. will see what becomes of the battery life and call quality. though the camera now has autofocus on by default so you dont have to keep playing with the hardware button to focus in.
update2: check wpcentral for the update info. cant post URLs "yet"
Caution: Don't update when you changed micro SD card
My Mozart have replaced 32GB Class 4 Sandisk and no any problem before updated.
After updated, the phone always reboot and show the error "you micro sd is non-compliance"
Now trying restorse to before updated.

i'm experiencing the same results as you. migrated to 7720 5 days ago and no HTC firmware updates have shown up in Zune. i'm using a Telstra 7 Mozart and my software info is the same as yours except for the bootloader: i'm on 1.23.2250.5(110539). radio hardware is obviously different as well: A.22.0.D4.
Hi, I found a way to get what I wanted. I did as follows.
1. Flashed back to stock Rom.
2. Did all the updates to 7392.
3. Zune then told me about update to 7403.
4. Flashed Mango Beta.
5. Flashed Mango.
6. Now have latest Rom and Latest Firmware.
Hope this helps.
hi,
a couple of weeks ago i bought a mozart and i've been having some problems.
When I get a call, the first time there is no audio, if the person calls back a couple of seconds later it works perfect..
Now i wanted to restore my phone, but i discovered it has a 7712 firmware on it.
it is als o mobile branded, but there is no simlock. it seems this firmware can't be simply removed and restored with the default firmware if you don't have the original backup, which i don't have?
can anyone tell me how i can get this phone back to it's original state?
thanks in advance!
Search the development forums for the initial ROM for your carrier. If the original carrier is T-Mobile DE, for example, you should use: "RUU_Mozart_TMO_DE_1.09.001.16_5.50.09.15_22.23.50U_Signed_by_ansar"
Forgot to mention that after you apply the correct Initial ROM, you can apply the new 7720 Mango ROM. I did that yesterday and it worked like a charm. Mango is fantastic.. Feels like I have a new phone
this is my phones info:
os version: 7.10.7712.60
firmware revision number: 2250.21.13301.111
hardware revision number: 0004
radio software version: 5.65.09.25_22.45.50.21U
radio hardware version: A.102.0.D4
bootloader version: 1.33.2250.1(123643)
can anyone please tell me how to do this?
can i just download the initial rom and do the rom update?
Just search this file "HTC_WP7_ROM_RUU_Mozart_TMO_DE_1.23.111.01_5.50.09.18_22.24.50_RELEASE.exe" and install it.
I have bought a HTC Mozart with Mango Beta 2, and I do not have a backup of the last ROM is there any way to flash a NoDo or some other soft on to my device?
OS version: 7.10.7720.68
Firmware revision number : 2250,21,40600,401
Hardware revision number: 0004
Radio software version: 5,69,09,05a_22,50,21U
Radio hardware version: A102.0.D4
Boat loader version : 4.6.2250.0(129193)
I've got the same problem - I've bought htc mozart with the same rom (mango DFT) and I'd like to revert to the official path - how is it possible?
Please help!

Hi,
your ROM is a Mango rom, perhaps the RTM release not Beta 2
Because you bootloader is 4.6.****.* then you must be careful of flashing any ROM to your handset, most certainly DO NOT USE RSPL/HSPL you will need to find a ROM (if it is branded) from the original supplier.

The above could/may apply to you also.
What is your Bootloader version?
What is your SPL?
Unfortunately that was a phone for my friend, so I can't check right now. I remember there was HSPL, but bootloader... no clue. I'll post that 0it as soon as possible.
Please help
I used the same DFT 7713 and badly want to return to official updates..
I have a HTC mozart,

Exactly the same version of mine.
To install a unlocked rom, i have understood that is necessary install a nodo rom, to downgrade spl to 1.*****, and then install a custom rom. Am i wrong ?
I moved this post to trophy forum! Sory!

I have the exactly same rom here, and I want to revert to the official rom too
I brought the Mozart about a week ago now, got quite familiar with it now and I have tryed to upgrade the memory but it dosen't support my memory card I inserted, I have orderd one that has been said to work else where in the forms.
I would like to dual boot android, but I'm not sure if I can as I brought the Mozart with 7.5Mango already installed, I seen a few days ago that it is not possible to dual boot with android if running wp7.5? and there is no way to downgrade from that. So I guess I'm just asking if its possible to do so as I would like to, could someone suggest a good custom ROM for me aswell.
Cheers
Update
Okay, I guess I'd better give up on the dual boot android.
But I have found that I will need to Downgrade my boot loader before I can install a custom ROM, I'm still kind of a newbie at phone flashing ect... But I could give my phone's info and hopefully one of you guys out there could direct me to the right thread or help me to downgrade my boot loader ( I found a thread by ansar, but it was all too confusing for me to work it out).
Current info as follows:
Software: Windows Phone 7.5
OS Version: 7.10.8107.79
FW Revision nos: 2250.21.51201.401
HW Revision nos: 0004
Radio SW Version: 5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U
Radio HW Version: A.102.0.D4
Bootloader Version: 5.12.2250.1(134578)
Chip SOC Version: 2.2.5.0
Hope someone out there can help.... Cheers guys
if you had taken apart the phone, installed a new memory card and reassembled the phone in working condition then you are techie enough to flash a new ROM
ansar is definitely the best around here, but there are other chefs too who cook a good rom. come on, dont be lazy, dig around.... seek, and thou shall find....
one word... the bootloader downgrade instructions are same... :B
welcome to the forum btw.
