Hi Guys
Do you know if there's any way to get back Neutrino Camera?
Like when i flash the .zip of the stock camera. Can i flash to get the
roms camera back?, I don´t want to wipe the phone, already configure the
options i don´t want to do it again (It tookme like 4 hours to set it as I want).
You can extract the camera app from the system folder in the rom zip and move it to you system/app folder using root explorer and then setting the correct permissions. You could find the camera apk. I believe it is MIUI camera apk but am not 100% sure. There is a post that has the camera apk here on xda

I am thinking about going back to stock Gingerbread (Doedexed) its in the development forum
I was wondering if there is any theme/icon manager i could use to change my app icons including in the app draw to my own, i am currently on MIUI so i am looking for a theme manager like MIUI has.
I have desided that i would rather have everything working on my SGSII so want stock but i have also made alot of custom icons for my apps and would like to use them on the stock rom.
I have tryed searching around about this but cant seem to find any good information about it :/
Hope someone can help me out

Would it be possiable to flash the custom icons instead of using a manager?
If so, how would i make the flashable .zip?
hello everybody,
I have installed superjellybean6.0 port by mihahn http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2277199 with lupus kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2076764. But i didnt like the stock camera app (Motorala camera) so i unistalled it. Then i searced the web and the playstore to find the stock 4.1.2 camera app for my device. I found quite a lot but none of them worked. The same problem again and again: i was able to take photos but i didnt have any image on my screen. So i m here asking you to provide me a working camera app for my little smultron (xperia mini) . Preferably the xperia jb camera or the stock jb camera
thanks in advance

Well, I tried it, but it has too many options for me and also doesn't record videos. If only someone could provide me with an .apk, preferably stock jb.
Anyway thanks for your reply

Here's a link to some mods including the camera. If it's a zip file you have to flash in custom recovery

Hi Guys,
I installed Simons_9205_Nova_Rom_v209 based on BMJ2
So far so good, it really works great!
But!
I cant get the Multi Window Manager work. I installed it from the Playstore, plus "Xposed" in the newest version.
After many Reboots it still does not appears on the Screen.
Multi window Manager Apk and Xposed APK works fine, i can do all settings, but the Manager Bar does not appear!
If you bask in the ROM thread you will get faster help..........I personally don't know

hehe, thanks, but i got less than 10 posts, so i cant post there
Ohh gotcha
2SHAYNEZ
i'm getting closer^^
Well as far as I remember I flashed the regular touchwiz version on my i9205 and multi window worked fine .. I just don't even use it .I find is useless
2SHAYNEZ
Yes, i also had the deodex Full Version installed before, and Multi Windowing worked!
But now with the bloat removed Version with the Nova Launcher the Multi Window Manager Bar do not appear.
Maybe there is another APK removed that is needed by this funktion
Honestly I don't know just ask when your able .. Good luck
2SHAYNEZ
it's just because the apk is not in the rom for space. just download the apk on the original thread : there's a post where you can find all files he has removed, paste/copy in system/app, and tick rw- r-- r--.
GREAT, thats it!
Thank you :good:
I rooted my 8.9 HDX a few months ago, and when the latest two updates started being released, I put it into airplane mode, defeating the reason for having a tablet. I am running Safestrap with the rooted stock rom installed in a rom slot, X-posed module intalled, Android firewall setup, and all those things that were originally thought to prevent update, but I know that as soon as I turn on Wi-Fi it will get updated. I understand that modifying the build.prop is currently the only way to prevent the update, but I can't find (and yes, I have searched the forum) the correct way to safely mod it.
Can someone please post a short tutorial for safely modding the build.prop for the 8.9HDX? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
The attached apk is a different xposed mod that I currently use to block updates. It works.Renaming com.amazon.dtcp.apk (or "dcp" I can't remember) to com.amazon.dtcp.off will work too. Use both. https://peniscorp.com/KindleUpdatesOff.apk Freaking weird URL, i know.

I9100 + PAC-man 4.4.4.RC-3 + gapps-kk-20140606-signed = no file upload
Hello all,
I recently revived my S2 and installed PAC-man RC3 on it. First with the modular-micro version of gapps, then with the gapps-kk-20140606-signed version. In both cases, I can not upload anything to anywhere using the build-in browser. Upon selecting a file for upload using a webform, I get the new file picker, and when I choose a picture for instance, the file name get's trunkated to: image%3A153
When the form is trying to process the selection, I get an error about image:153 not being in a valid format. This leads me to suspect that the %3A part in the filename is causing an issue.
I did not do anything else to my system, and formatted and whiped everything I could think of .. from dalvik cache to my internal and external SD. The phone was probably cleaner then I got it from the previous owner after I was done, yet, this issue remains. Am I goofing up something or is this a bug ? I can not find anything on 'PACman ROM rc3 can not upload files from phone' google searches, and adaptations on that phrase.
Any help or insight would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
Very Random reboots observed .

Have not tried yet. But neither Imgur nor any of the forums I usually upload pics to, can handle what the filepicker puts in the webform .. so I'm quite sure the issue is with the filepicker. I can upload pictures using apps without problems (fb app, whatsapp, etc.) I will try another Rom and report back.

@Planet_Jeroen Ummm Try installing PA 4.6 Its the basic stock based 4.4.4 and see if you have the problem !! btw which kernel are you using presently ?? I would recommend you to use Dorimanx latest as its stable as of now if youre using any other than this !!
You could also try SLIM KAT 4.4.4 latest nightly over Gustavo kernel with full wipe and check if you have the problem.

As you are sure that this is a problem with filepicker and your inbuilt browser . confirm whether you can do the same in an external browser first like Chrome !!
Thanks, issue resolved!

I finally found the time to start flashing ... and am very f-ing glad I saw your comment before I did I just installed firefox, and there are no issues with the filepicker anymore. It seems the issue is with the build-in browser.
Thanks a ton for that suggestion, I do not really know why I did not try that already :/
Initially RC3 but have random soft reboots at screen transitions por at download images. Occasionally i lost data and voice but my status in the task bar appears fine.
Eventually flashed 22 Dec 2014 nightly and continue soft reboots & música bug, i lost the sound con música player. I found a kerne for AOSP or Cyanogenmod versións ¿Can i flash that kernel?
Thanks.
