I think there isn't an english version..

Ive tried to contact the poster but with no luck untill now, but i assure you thats yandex shell, just watch full video.

at min. 7:50 you can see that is SPB SHELL 3D so mistery solved, SPB exist in english version but is a paid app.
The other called Yandex is a clone version free but only for russian or caucasian people- Why? I don't know but I think it could be an agreement with the original programer SPB in that sense: if you create an English version I look your app and if is a copy of mine you are in trouble.

I have tried xda link. It was said that its modded for english language. but i still find chinese language in the weather widget

But the tencent desktop(same as miui) just works fine and is smooth and fast. But it also has chinese lang at some places

The chinese words aren't present in any of the xmls and are displayed from the server.. they are unchangeable ..
But even with those few words its a beautiful launcher and works pretty well

step by step via dropbox! I use File Expert, you can download from the market,and you most have installed dropbox in both devices. ,open the aplication in the phone>go to app>Spb shell3d> select>backup the app>back to local>open backup_apps map >hold the .apk. and share to dropbox. In the tablet open dropbox,found the file and install>touch home and select spb and enjoy !

you're welcome!..the battery works well I think, anyway you can change anytime launcher with the app Launcher Switcher,is free,i have installed ADW launcher to and works very prety and smoothly!

In the bottom of the home screen go to Home settings>experimental> interface mode>change to tablet mode,then go to Home settings> appearance> screen orientation> change to auto or landscape

I tried the launcher. It's getting that 9-lockscreen kind of bug which has those pesky small icons.
BTW we can now install Miui themes
