Hi guys.
Here almost real SRS Audio Effects
Non fake same Beats Audio, Dolby Mobile and other stupid collecting files.
Whats need:
1) Android 4.0.1 or High, On 2.3 no work don't try!
2) Remove some old libs and apps
-- 1. /system/lib/soundfx/ and remove libcyanogen-dsp.so (If you have here)
-- 2. /system/lib/soundfx/ and remove libbundlewrapper.so (If you have here)
-- 3. /system/app/ and remove DSPManager.apk (If you have here)
-- 4. /system/app/ and remove MusicFX.apk (If you have here)
3) Unpack all files from srsfiles_for_port_on_other_phone.zip to /system/. Or just flash zip pack. srsaudiofx.zip
Here contain:
- SRS WOW
- SRS TrueBass
- Android Equalizer
- Android Normalizer
- EQ Pressets
- SRS Panel (Patched MusicFX)
For improve sound need patch audio.primary aka libaudio:

After flashing does the sound vibrates and is noisy as in MiniCM9-3.0.1 through speakers???

i have hicups at least 2 o 3 less than before
and yes is noisy on speaker but only at full volume
80 or 90 percent is good and is not louder

yes its absolutely WOW I tried it on My x10 mini with ICS ...Working Gr8!
It is not flashing by CWM I have too put the files manually............Ohhhhhh well.

How do you access SRS Panel? I can see that the zip installed everything, i have the apk in /system/apps but cant find the program in the drawer.

I found in another forum a couple of files which allow us to add MegaBass, one of the most beloved features of Sony Ericsson's W(alkman) phone series. I bundled them in an update.zip to be flashed with Clockwork Mod, and given that they work in all Xperia phones, I've decided to spread them around

Wow this looks cool, i loved the mega bass feature on my w595 until it broke. Im gonna try to put this on my x10 mini running miniCM7-2.1.3 running on nAa kernel. I'll comment with the results.

I installed it, with no problems, i do notice a difference in the bass quality. Everybody should try this!
where do i put the files in root explorer? dont have CWM
If you don't have CWM, you can put them in /system/etc to the same effect

Damn...I should have bet with money.. :-D
The original .zip file was fine, apart from the update-binary. This is unique to every phone model, it seems. I just overwrote it with one from a working Mini update.zip and that was it.

Can you make flashed zips to restore?
FIX: Status 0 error during clockwork mod flash.
1. open the .zip file of the current Gingerbread ROM you are using and navigate to the:
META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary file
inside the Rom file and drag and drop it onto your desktop.
2. Put this file in the zip containing the "BEATS" Mod (should be placed here:META-INF/com/google/android/*here*) (overwrite existing file)
3. Flash your modified zip.
It doesn't have to be a GB rom that the update-binary comes from. Any update.zip that works on the phone will do just fine.

I have imagine it, is only a new EQ pumping bass
The real Beats audio is on htc eradicate on the kernel + new EQ, something different

You can make almost the same using DSP manager you have in the custom rom and playng with Dynamic Range Compression, bass and loudness or EQ

yes. it is an EQ, what you expect? hehe i look into it, it is the Beats Audio (tm) that have inside HTC phone..and you dont have to tune in DSP or playing with settings to get the sound..i always hope to get Beats Audio in my phone, and now is the chance..since i got dr.dre headphone, its perfect now

After install this mod, you will experience:
Surround effect(Stereo speaker)
The sound becoming deeper(Dynamic Sample rate increased, You'll feel your song becoming deeper now!)
Background sound is heard clearly(Clarity)
Instructions:
DOWNLOAD SRS_Trumedia_V2_by_CKKnot_ported_by_dewanshu93 or from mirror or download from below attachment
Delete DSP Manager before flashing
Flash with CWM
NOTE:
After flashing phone takes time to boot so dont think you get a bootloop just wait for the phone to boot completely.
It will remove any /system/lib/soundfx files and install the SRS into it.
So, your all previous sound enchantments are removed! (To prevent lib conflicts)
For undo/remove this modification, You have two choices
Restore your rom backup easy right?
Backup your tweaks etc...
Reinstall your whole rom without full-wiping.

they are only bunch of system files..its like an EQ, doesnt have panel or app. if you flash the zip, just play songs, and you know the differences

Hi All,
I have flashed the libs after deleting (actually moved to sd card) DSP manager from system/apps via root explorer. After flashing, I have awsome sound on my X10MP (PrimeHD v3+nAa Kernel). Thanks for porting this to our X10MP. Again after flashing i moved DSP Manager to system/apps with "appropriate permissions" and after rebooting I could use DSP manager as well.

Its better didable all type of eq when using SRS on windows coz SRS is protech engeneers sound tuning stuf. In our phone the file is ready to go which mean user not interact with setups and etc SRS is already tuned to best sound and I think EQ-ing this not make it better -its brake it.
FOR EXAMPLE: If you use it on your PC/LAPTOP just enable the WOOW on 40% and then if you use AIMP for example ,kick the 5dB (bass) on 8 or 9 and you will see what's will happen
You will lose clearity and etc .

Sorry to disappoint you. This mod will not have GUI interface made by me...
If you want it, you can create a simple android app and contribute to this mod
The sound is better when it's system lib configurated
I can't stop enjoing this
So deeep ,clear ,amazing sound
PS: To best result try all you mp3's to be on 320kbps rather than 128kbps
You will be AMAZED.
PS: For those there reading but scarry to flash - dudes/girls FLASH this !!! Trust me ! If you have the beat audio ,DSP and what's ower DELL it without doubt and flash this and aftet that come back and press thk to guy who make it and the one who port it

As stated in the forum it could damage your speakers.. So please dont flash it if u love your phone

This is not good idea dude i try to explain why.
Boosting 3W speaker to 4W its not good.
Built in amp in our minis is 5W max. , speaker is 3W. Nominal range of amp is 2.5 wat which is best for 3W speaker. With this nominal values you get the best sound with great dBm and Khz. When you pump the nominal value with things like xloud and etc you just change output volume which cause noise , bad sound on max volume ,distortion , not good dBm and etc.
When tuning nominal sound like this mod and generally SRS do you will get the best of the best from your phone
In my last job i was the car audio intaller stuf and most of the young guys who came to buy amps speakers and etc want for example 200W amp and 200W speakers and I allways explain them the better choise will be 350W amp and 400W speakers with nominated and moderated max sound fot amp on 250W. They say this is less than max out of amp and i say yes but with this way you will get the amazing sound in your car ,deep bass without vibration and etc.
And thats why is better SRS-ed nominal sound rather than doubled max vol via xLoud like stuffs

I love good sound too, I'm using XSInfinitySound now on my Xperia X10 Mini Pro http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1752973 One of the best sound mod :good:

Just run dsp manager set bass strenght to extreme and also enable eq and play with settings ...
And ****ty headphones are not recomended..
Those srs ..and other things just make a cleaner sound with no bass this is also possible with dsp and you dont have to copy thousands of files to your phone..

I see in every thread of Cyanogenmod based rom the users say that there is a low volume.
Soooo I found an app who boost the volume x2! For me it works very well !
Instructions :
~Download the app here :

~Open it, go to the settings and set maximum allowed boost to 100%
~Enjoyyyyyyy !!
ATTENTION : PLAY MUSIC WITH THE VOLUME AND THE BOOST AT 100% FOR A LONG TIME WILL DESTROY YOUR SPEAKER...!
¤If you have the sensation that it doesn't work, re open the app to be sure that it is in background !

Boost won't work for me (Upgraded from clean install CM 10 FXP228 to FXP 230).
Maybe it already is at its maximum?

Sorry was in holiday till now, and had no internet
It's pretty easy download the .apk: http://www.mediafire.com/download/7t1c73wsz4qiygu/ViPER4Android_FX_2211_en.zip
and move it to /system/app and set right permissions.
Then reboot and open the app. A window will pop up, wich asked you if you want to install the drivers.
Click yes and choose CortexA9/15 with NEON.
Then reboot. you need to choose Viper4Android in sound settings, under effects to make it work.
You can run it alone (recommended) or with other sound mods (for this choose compatibility mode)

Really sound louder, but begins to wheeze after 60% boost
On my xu it seems not to work...
Seems to not work properly on AOSP ROMs...
