I tryied to build cm9 from source with your device. But when i flash my phone and open it stuck in a white lg logo. Any idea?

Guess this would be a better place to ask this. Guys, I bricked my optimus hub. I'm stuck at lg screen with wrong recovery installed (recovery-RA-optm-2.2.1-GNM.img) so it doesn't get into any mode I've tried (and trust me, I have really tried all of them that are possible ).

Hi everyone im still noob lol but i would like to know more info how to update new firmware and too for kernel both.
Here is the details my phone:
Cyanogen mod 7.1.0
Number build: GWk74
Kernel: [email protected]#1
Band of base: I777UCKH7
Android versione 2.3.7
Any new update this year for firmware or kernel? if yes how to update? Also where i can find new kernel or firmware?
I've heard something was talking about odin but im not quite clear where i can get file for kernel without doing mistake :/

First of all i receiv this phone as gift and was already cyanogen mod 7.
Since i cant use program kies (and i know the reason there is ROM different than stock original) i couldnt either to know if exits a new version yes.
Any suggestion?

Because i didnt root and either installed rom but i got as gift for this reason.
But ya root is active and rom too...i've check with one app for it.
I'm a noob too but I don't suggest you doing the rooting things, seriously.

He's the developer he keeps the best stuff for himself, naw im just kidding, there are rom settings in the settings, just go to ui general,
but i recommend miui, just moved from ics, you can find the link in my signature

thanks for the recommend....but miui is not my type....
I am also using Foxhound, I think some of the screenshots he has up are from a recently posted version as my previous version looked that way. Raff might be able to provide you another systemiu that could fix this. Or if you wanted, flash a previous version of Foxhound. Octacon v1 had the recently used apps looking the same way as you want to and is a stable ROM. Its available for download still on his download link. I think it was only changed in the most recent ROM.

Not overly interested in this, but the Vote you refer to is closed.
Definitely don't want a MIUI-inspired kiddy-styled Fisher-Price UI... no wonder most Oppos are sold with CM on board now...

I hate color os, and it is only 4.2.2.
We have an unofficial port ATM, @OptimusRs made a kernel for us d800 users and I've been trying to figure out how to add vibrate option to it without any luck. Also, every time I start typing it doesn't matter which app it is, that app FC's, I tried fixing permissions and no luck. So if we get an official ColorOS port that woulb be awesome. I had the Find 5 and then moved to G2. So I can;t wait:laugh::good:
The ColorOS for the G2 has already been available for downloading. I wanted to start a thread in the development section... and just found out that new users couldn't post...
