Got al png's in LDPI only need to edit the xml's so the pngs would be in the right place it was a hell of a job lol but we are over the half with it

There are already few threads about JB. Still nothing yet. When(if) it happen you will see it in dev section.
Try downloading the code and compiling it, you'll understand how tough it is after merely a week to port a ROM. Don't forget that Xperia phones don't get as much love as HTC or Samsung phones so we have much less development going on

Tried to port from Stock JB Nexus S.
It booted to bootscreen.
Then no booting.
Also adb not working so can't able to move further.
Its been a month since the release and at least 3 weeks since the source code was out to aosp I don't think its coming anytime soon though...

Well when you put it that way - is there any rom significantly different from stock at all? The answer is no and no matter what devs do it's still going to be semi-crappy 'cause Sony did a lousy job building ics for our phones.

Exactly. I can't believe that such a phone, xperia u, has such a crappy lag. Free memory is around 80mb when older phones have much more.
