You can look up a bluetooth apk or simply.. just flash a new ROM such as CM7.2 ICSFinal by jusada. Everything works fine on it.
Hi viknesh I used ICSFinal too but had same problem
Sent from my GT-S5830 using XDA App
Somebody please help me.....
Hi pros, I am currently running a custom rom (checkrom revohd v6) and having problems with my bluetooth. It just happened yesterday when I want to connect my device to the media speaker. It doesn't work. It connected successfully but my music doesn't play through the speaker.
So I have been doing research and found out that it has been one of my mod that I have installed through the kitchenpro and that is the Phone full modded. So my question is is there a way to maybe uninstalling the mod or install another mod to fix this issue? Any helps appreciated. Thanks!
Hello all,
My friend has a sony xperia ray.
When he's trying to turn on the wifi, it says "connecting" and after a while it disconnect automatically.
The same thing is happening with the bluetooth.
Does anyone else have this problem?
At the time, he was running gingerbread 2.3.4. He updated to ICS 4.0.4 but the problem still exists.
He told me that he dropped his phone and that problems began after that.
If that's the case, does anyone have a disassembly tutorial which shows where the wifi and bluetooth modules are in the phone? I searched on youtube, but it didnt say where the modules where.
Thanks in advance..

1. which kernel u use? stock(installed by sonys pc updater ) or custom (have to be downloaded and flashed)
2. how he updated the rom?? orginal with a sony program or u use cm9/custom ROM???
if u on stock(from sony) 4.x.x ROM AND kernel, u can flash stock_ics_wifi_modules (search on forum; b'cuz i'm unable to share links at now:silly
then wipe dalvikcache/cache THEN wifi must work!!!, otherwise its a hardware or very, very strange problem...
----> hope it helps.
Hello,
Wifi and Bluetooth wont turn on in my S2. Running 4.1.2 (Official)
I formatted the device, installed official 4.1.2(previously it was on leaked 4.1.2), installed spirit rom and now on official 4.1.2
Its the hardware issue. A repairer told me to replace its Wifi IC.
and to my surprise its not available anywhere in Mumbai for now.
Has anyone else faced this issue ? how did you handle this problem? any alternative?
Please help!!
Hi ,
yesterday I tried to use my I9300 (Blisspop 4.0.1 + Boeffla-Kernel) with my cars hands-free unit.
The prblem was, that if I called someone, the connection was very bad. Just noise and no chance to understand what the other was saying.
On the other hand, when I received a call, everything was ok.
My question now is, where do I have to search for the solution?
Is such a bluetooth issue based on the kernel I use (so I can try a different one) or is it based in an application module (so Blisspop is the root cause)?
And if I have to update the Kernel, how do I do this?
Just flashing the new Kernel or do I have to perform a full flash including the application SW?
Regards,
Dodger
