Is it possible to get a flashable version of the stock ICS keyboard for use on a stock Samsung ICS rom?
Yeah but why flash something when you can install it via play store.

I want to use the stock Samsung Keyboard and the stock Gallery app on Omega Rom 33.3. I know the Samsung Keyboard is available on Omega Files Kitchen, but mine is different, because there are more options for autocorrect. How can I deodex the apps or is there another way?

The stock keyboard is okay-ish on Gingerbread ROMs ( It just freezes if you scrolll too fast in the smileys/special characters section) and if you want to run ICS or JB then the Xperia S keyboard is a very good replacement. At least for the x10mini without a hardware keyboard.
Is there any way to get back to old sammy keyboard (4.0.4) in Neatrom 5.0.2?
The 3x4 stock keyboard works good for me with XT9!
I'v tried some advices from some posts including a LQ6 (4.0.4) ROM stock keyboard but i can't get it to work.

Look in themes and apps. I'm sure there is one in there or google it. You need a modded version of that apk. Stock ics won't work on jb as you have found out.
