Hi All
Recently i've tried to root my xperia x10 mini pro with the latest versions of flashtools, universal androot, superoneclick and z4root but all of these programs freezes at differents steps of rooting process...
Someone could help me???

A X10 mini pro has a model number like u20i or u20a and some more. I think the SK17i is a Xperia mini pro. Go to that forum mayby you find a way to root there. Here is a link. Here you find the forum. Hope this help.

Hi mate, i used x10 flasher By bin4ry & Anroxyde just a simple click of a button and it was done Should work for x10mini as im using mini pro.

I have a Xperia Mini Pro with this configuration...
Model: U20i
Firmware: 2.1-update1
Baseband: M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404006
kernel: 2.6.29
I'm still a noob at installing new versions of Android.
Can anyone tell me how i update the Baseband to M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015?
I already have it rooted, i just can't install modified androids because of this baseband!

i want to get the cyanogen mod on my xperia mini pro sk17i.i have searched a lot for related information but was unsuccessful in getting a solution for my problem.my phone has android version 2.3.4. i managed to root my phone and get the superuser app but i dont know what to do next.can you please help me out with this problem?thankyou

you should search for the one for xperia mini, pro, ray and active
x10mini pro (u20i) ≠ xperia mini pro (sk17i)

Hmm, you should check the X10 section of the forum, this one is for Mini, Mini Pro...etc

It takes 10 Minutes :
Unlock ur Bootloader and then Flash a Kernel...
or other methods (if u don't want to unlock ur Bootloader)
