Path for default photos - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Does anyone know what is the path for default photos of the phone? Not the live wallpapers just wallpapers... I searched everywhere but I cannot find them...
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium

In normal wallpaper are situated in wallpaper-apps.
I think also the stock wallpapers are situated in an app.
Search in /system/app for such apps.

No, there is a much easier way
Just click on this apk with root explorer and click on "view" and it will open the apk and show you the content
Now you can simply extract all the files situated in the apk.
I meaned not only the stock wallpaper...also other wallpaper apps, which are integrated into system

Umm...not really,just Xperia S themed.
These seem to be the exact versions found on our Arc but themed like the S.

Browser works great, but isn't the actual gallery icon different than the one you have? The one you have is used in all the promotional pictures of the new xperia devices.

Stock keyboard for other phones/custom roms

Wondering if anyone is aware of the Xperia S keyboard being ported to any other phone or firmware other than Sony's firmware or the Xperia phone line?
I'm runing MIUI on Xplay atm and where there is some keyboard similar SlideIT , the Xperia S keyboard has a unique design and it's swipe method works much better for me, I have no intentions of changing back to stock for it but i thought it would be worth a try to ask around i have the apk and i've tried messing around with it as far as my android knowledge goes... but i had no joy
It depends on a lot of stuff from the frameworks...
I've been looking also for this longtime ago, Xperia S Keyboard for All phones . my question to all devs is what are the lib files needed for this keyboard ( Xperia S Keyboard ) inorder to work for any android device such as smart keyboard or go keyboard etc ...
please anyone who knows to help on this .
thanks

You'll need to add Sony's proprietary framework APIs. It's really hard to do, and there is no reason to do this now because ICS is very near.

I don't think it's something to do with the framework.
It need some libs files and some change in usr folder file's plus the keyboard apk.

Hi,
What you say is sh...,!!!!!
It belongs to securityplattform
"mobicore"
code.google.com/p/tee-mobicore-driver/source/
Search:changes, first rev:mobicore/daemon/Registry/Registry.cpp
It will crash it!!!!!!!
The appdrivers cannot connect the daemon if you delete it.
it´s a new feature from sammy to add security certificats.
Don´t tell people to delete files if you are not 110% sure.

[MODULE][2.3+] QuickPic2Gallery

This module changes QuickPic app name to Gallery (in English), in Slovak it will be Galéria, in Russian - Галерея and so on..
Module can change QuickPic app name to localized name of Gallery for some supported languages.
Since v1.7, you can set custom QuickPic name! Run Xposed Installer > Modules > click on QuickPic2Gallery > Enable "Custom name" > Write new name in "QuickPic name".
Download it here: http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.pyler.quickpic2gallery
Thats a thing i actually wanted for years! Can you add German? Its called "Galerie". And btw, is there a possibility that you create a app which allows changing every apps Name?

Nothing other. Some people may like Gallery name more than QuickPic.
But correct me if I'm wrong, I can rename any app to any name I like anyway just by long pressing it and dragging it over to edit then edit the drawer entry n rename to whatever I like....... not knocking your work, but just curious as to why what I can do with the above actions isn't a common thing already....
