Time to taste a 3.5..
In short time I will release it...our o1 will be one of very few non-htc devices (or may be the first ) having the latest sense 3.5....
Work in progress....currently no GSM
But it will soon get fixed...as me, fundoozzz, and sweetbinodray working on that....
The purpose of this thread is to ask all the hardcore fan of sense UI like me that do u want to test it????
if yes then I'll release my current build without GSM for u guys...
Let me clear that the project of making sense 2.1 stable is not stopped.....

Obviously full flash and new BB only...will list the bugs after GSM is fixed..and ya will upload more screenshots of better quality as soon as my net gets some stability

i will use it for sure my wife got that ui in her phone and i like it besides i change roms some times and a lot of users to, nobody uses sense in O1 because we just dont get one who works properly or you will see how many downloads will get by ,the way exclente work just for making it boot...

Sorry to say, but I have ported this to the OV, so I was first lol jk!
Make sure to keep in touch with me. I have ported sense 3.5 and seem to be having the same errors (phone FC). But any fixes you guys get will be helpful to me. Also, contact me for any help.

I deleted the phone app so that it would stop being annoying, although knowing that it would stop data from ever working.. lol.
Umm.. I'm trying to think of anything else
I couldn't get wifi or data working and sd card won't mount for the life of it.
I got wifi very very very close to working. It would turn on but won't connect to anything, and from there on disconnects.
Let me know if you guys want to talk. we could get on irc or something to figure this stuff out.
Once Sense is fully running on the LG Optimus One, I will flash it
(just love the Sense feel on this Espresso )

So I'm sure I'm the only one who actually liked it on my hd2 and my touch pro2 but I figure there may be others....
So with that said I am going to start working on a flashable theme possible rom to replicate winmo 6.5.3 on our mt4g it will take time so any help with it would be appreciated
The more people that want it the harder I will try to get it out faster.

Looks promising, only thing I shun from is having that new baseband, ive never flashed baseband but other than that it looks very promising. I once had a g1 and loved it, took a while for sense UI to be ported to that device and would love to see it ported to our optimus devices. Good luck, I see it uses a custom recovery called xrecovery or something to that extent, ive only used amonra or clockworkmod, would flashing this port be compatiable w/ amonra/clockworkmod

Firstly, i need to know before i build this cm7 and make it as GingerDX... He use orignally Hero CM7 Nightlies... I cant follow him... Because i know that LG has many ****ty stuff, and i dont have linux with me... So i may need help... I will setup a poll...

No, it is relying on the ICS framework.
Is it possible to get this running on OG evo at some point? If I had some dev knowledge i could help but i just have a phone im willing to break. :3

It is possible. No one can promise it'll run at top speed though.
Normally I dont bother overclocking my device but if it would make it run faster, i would rather kill my battery in 20 minutes just for that amount of ics goodness.

I will say I like sense 3.0 however once this becomes a full functional rom in the future i'll definitely be running it. from the videos I've seen and from the stream I saw tonight ICS is gonna be sick. but in the meantime I will continue to run the warm rom

as i've seen in the API changelog, its a long way to get all things work again.
a lot of changes in hardware code, lot of changes in UI code ... this means we have
to create a lot of workarounds again for our P500 device
and, the big question is:
can we use the user space drivers from gingerbread as we was doing this in ginger when porting from froyo??? questions over questions ...

as far as i am, im getting the sdk to work with gsm etc, but now its for armv7, so i need to fix that (after that it will be easier)

most users want the CM version and not the very simple AOSP version, so its as ever ... 2-3 compiled roms from source code, 125 modified / themed roms
Andy+mik+ciaox+knzo+dax+matt+ginco+sweattiami+gianvope+luphiorph+bokioy and many more i forgot !! When such great p500 devs exist the word "IMPOSSIBLE" is impossible..anything and evrything can be made possible by em...but i can understand its a hell loto work ...nywayz.all de best guys ...

Well, if discounting you, that means it is discounting dax, boykioy, ginco, matteof and others who just created "themed" roms.
Franco is a university student btw
Later Franco will help me to develop THE ultimate rom, compatible for some more devices
than only P500 ... i hope btw ^^

It's not leaked, they're building it from source just like HTC did with Sense on their phones. Data will work, at least they got CM booting so that's a plus.

No its leaked to us because the devs didn't release it yet lol... What about ice cream sandwich other devices have it booting already... I would say skip CM7 and go to ics because it is cm7 just newer lol

I'm saying it's not leaked because the OP asked if it was coming or not, so that guy is working on it (G+ status link), I hope you didn't think I posted a link to an actual build lol.

It's not available yet, it's just his status to show that he is working on it, so it will come to this device. I was just answering your original questions if it was being worked on or not.
I can't believe it man , if you don't know this device is a skinned version of AOSP .

Yes I do know it's skinned, just like TW, Blur etc : D I guess I'm reading it wrong the way he said "leaked" aosp.

That would be great but from what they all said, they abandoned cm7 for the Amaze for cm9. I'm sure they could use your help either way.
just gonna work on it my self and get it working without them
