Mine right now is dolphin and Google chrome. Dolphin because 1# Im used to it. I am getting sick of it because it freezes and make wait sometimes. Chrome is very nice but flash does not work.
Tried Dolphin but there is no option to always show the tabs.
Currently I'm using Xscope, it always shows tabs, uses GPU acceleration and supports flash.
Overskreen
It works faster than stock/Chrome and the only thing it is missing is Find On Page. Give me that feature and I'll forever forget the other 2 browsers.
Opera, because its the only one without "wait" issues. if I need flash, I'll open the android default browser.

Opera Mobile primarily with Chrome a close second. Opera Mini when I don't need flash. Opera is my primary browser on my laptop, sooooo I am use to it OKs it syncs all my bookmarks. I also feel that Opera Mobile is quicker and works better in a few situations than Chrome.

OverSkreen for multi-tasking, I just pretty much use this lately and Opera Mobile for fast surfing due to it's speed. Tried Chrome but somehow became slow over time.
Is there anyway to turn off auto rotate in overskreen?

I'm using Dolphin now, used to be Boat but that just crashes WAY too much.
I can't seem to import bookmarks from my desktop with the other browsers so I can't use them.
Using Xscope and with no problem so far. Used dolphing but sometimes crashes when trying to open flash content, and facebook.com in desktop view is buggy.
I've been using ICS Browser+, although I will say that I do get the "wait" issue from time to time... it's still a very smooth browser and I like the gestures ability. On top of that (literally), I use Overskreen when I want to wikipedia something I'm reading, or if I want to do a translation.
Boat is smooth for me, but only when the page is fully loaded. Opera Mobile is fast at rendering, but panning around the page gets that weird ghosting looking that hurts my eyes.

Look on the market for rotation locker, it's a pink icon in the shape of an L. When you launch it, it will give you a menu, long press landscape or portrait, and you shouldn't have issues.
It also has a tasker plugin which I use on my phone for FPSE to keep it landscape, then set back to auto when I exit FPSE.

Using Opera Mobile Labs now. Think someone linked it on another thread in this sub forum. You can't get it in Play Store but if you do a Google search you should find the apk easily. It is in testing and by far the best mobile browsing experience ever. Using it on my Prime and my Evo 3D

Well, I have used the overskreen browser since yesterday afternoon. Got it set to full screen when it opens. I am very happy with it. It is fast and feel state of the art.
Chrome Beta i have zero issues with lag it syncs wiht my phone and desktop bookmarks and im pretty much signed in on all my fav spots. Can't wait for it to loose the beta tag
I'm pretty satisfied with the stock browser, in my testing chrome was sometimes much slower, I believe when browsing asus website about firmware updates.
also IIRC it doesn't have the cool "slider button" on the right side of the screen as the stock browser has, which allows to scrolly the whole page quickly.

I wish stock could delete cache, cookies, history, passwords, and etc when exiting like dolphin. You don't need possibly embarrassing things popping up when you're entering a URL and your old lady is standing next to you.
Dolphin HD. I like the home button, gestures and the bookmark setup of this browser. I also like opera mini mostly for the way the startup/bookmarks page works.
I think Mozilla Firefox or Dolphin Browser HD would be good for the Speedy. I mean it is a "HD" Phone right?
Comign from steel (the most minimalistic browser ever) I don't need any fancy stuff, just quick and functional. Bookmarks, flash, and such. I am more looking for sleek.

Had Dolphin and Dolphin HD on my hero but then went back to stock because the hero just wasn't powerful enough for dolphin. Just recently switched back to Dolphin HD on my Shift. Seems faster than the stock browser.

Dolphin HD is absolutely amazing. It's atleast as fast as stock, easier to switch from desktop to mobile view, and it will delete history on exit. And you can make flash on demand (and flash plays in browser) win!

I regularly delete all forms of history from my phone, laptops, and PC. It has nothing to do with being an adult and more to do with getting rid of automatically filled in information, cookies, etc. Information that advertisers use when tracking across web sites and that other people can use if the device is stolen and lost.

I like maxthon. I used it on my original TF but for some reason on the Prime, when it closes, it actually doesn't keep the tabs I had open. It actually starts as if the browser was never running previously.

its OK. I tried it out but opera is faster. plus Firefox doesn't display flashvideos also.
Okay, I am going to update my suggestion: boat browser. Even smoother than maxthon and allows Firefox, safari and even IE user agents!
I can't really see much of a difference between Opera and the default browser. Flash doesn't work at all in Opera for me and since Opera bookmarks are pain to access, default browser is the way to go for now.
Can't wait till Mozilla gets the browser fixed, browsing would be so much better with a decent adblock add on. Fennec is just way too glitchy to use now. Not to mention slow.
Opera is smooth but it has that strange issue with facebook posts. For example, you type something in a status box or comment and then post it. It seems to go through just fine but then when you go back and check the post was never submitted to the site.
LOL I thought you were kidding when you said boat browser but I just found it and am using it so far I like it interesting enough one of the sites I visit recognized it as safari 4.......

Firefix doesn't support flash. Here is their comment: Adobe Flash and other plugins are not supported. Currently, enabling the Flash plugin results in a compromised user experience across Firefox for mobile
Sent from my Transformer Prime TF201 using XDA Premium App
Opera is the fastest and renders web pages the best. It also supports a wide variety of HTML5 video codecs.
I think opera mobile just needs an update to enable flash play on the prime/tegra3. My tegra2 Atrix 4g plays flash fine on opera mobile. Hopefully update comes soon. Stock Browser is the only one it seems to play flash video at the moment. That's half way decent, at least..lol
Opera is always a bit iffy with flash, need to try out a few different packages to find a winner. Definitely a lot easier once we have root and can tweak things around.
Here's my problem with opera: when I look at my NFL fantasy football league, opera keeps refreshing back to the main fantasy league page. It's annoying. I haven't found any other sites like that but that's my main site this football season. This happened in my original TF and so it continues here.
Oh btw, that boat browser is interesting

Firefox (beta)!
I used Dolphin for a while but Firefox is now the best. Reasons why it's number one for me are:
-it's fast
-handles flash well
-syncs anything you want with Firefox on other devices (bookmarks on Dolphin are horrible)
-Ad-block add-on
-option to restore tabs from last time
-ablity to switch to desktop view
It's great for a beta release, only crashed once in a few days of use.
You should check Aurora, the Mozilla test browser. Download it directly from Mozilla website, not in Play.
haven't really tried all that much, but chrome has been pretty good to me ;o
If you're on ICS, Boat Browser has been my favorite. So fast, even with multiple tabs. If you're on JB then Chrome has been incredible. No hiccups or problems (minus having to select desktop mode every time before clicking on a bookmark).

Agreed, I have been running Boat since I found it. It is the fastest IMO. The only thing I've noticed with Boat is when you scroll up or down there is a slight lag before the page starts moving. Not that big of a deal though.

I use Firefox beta. Fast, reliable, synced with my desktop and my nexus 4 and, of course, with flash support

I am still not decided which browser to use on N10. I like bookmarks sync of Chrome but I do not like that it is not hiding tabs and address bar so it has not so much space to show web page contents. I like the way of automatic hiding of address bar of Boat browser but it does not work in full screen mode for some reason. On top of that there is no sync with Chrome bookmars. And last that I was trying is Dolphin with Jetpack. It can hide notification bar on top, it can somehow show and hide tab and address bar infull screen mode but it it not as userfriendly as Boat. It can also somehow sync with Chrome bookmarks. At the moment I tend to use Dolphin but still not fully satisfied with interface in fullscreen.
These are features that good browser should have in my opinion:
* two-way sync with chrome bookmarks
* possibility to hide top notification bar to optimize screen usage (fullscreen) - ideally also bottom bar
* easy usage of tab and address bar in full screen - some automatic showing/hiding as Boat can do in normal mode
* reasonable speed
I am affraid there is no browser with all those features
Oh, also Boat has Google Cloud Print add on FTW

Use Chrome Beta. It has a very smooth implementation of this feature as of about a week ago - you can't actually find it on the Play Store search, though. You have to use a link; there's one here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chrome.beta&hl=en
Also, I find Dolphin is the smoothest scrolling and panning of them all - also one of the fastest to load. But does anyone else find it inconsistent? I was using it on my Galaxy Nexus today, and the auto-fullscreen was glitching out when I panned horizontally. The page caching seems a bit odd, SOMETIMES clearing all my tabs and sometimes not (not like Chrome closes almost all of them - sometimes they save for a while sometimes not). Its a solid performer when it DOES perform, the best. But Chrome Beta, even though its a bit slower and doesn't scroll or pan NEARLY as fast, is quite consistent overall.
You just nailed it on why I finally stopped using Dolphin. That, and... Chrome BOokmark sync. My phone, laptop, desktop, tablet, work laptop, and work desktop (yes, I utilize all of the above :S) all have Chrome with my bookmarks on them. I use Chrome on all my devices now.
Also, Dolphin does weird things with Lotus Notes at work and I can't access it, even in Dolphin Mini
I use Chrome simply because being able to sync across many devices is awesome that alone is worth dealing with the crashing and other problems.
My biggest pet peeve.... despite so many people requesting it Google continues to remain thick headed about allowing us to enable Desktop Website by DEFAULT.
I hate having to check that box every time I open a new tab or click a link on one page that opens another window with the mobile version.

I have just installed AOSP browser and web browsing is now super fast. I am a long time fan of AOSP browser and so glad to have it on my device now. Pages load up in milliseconds. Rendering is perfect. Scrolling is silky smooth. I can now feel the power of the A15 cpu's.
Why Google persist with Chrome I will never now.

TBH I was using Chrome Beta when I had the reset. But I have read that Chrome can also cause this on the N10.

Never had quite as much trouble as everyone else with Chrome, but it certainly is no speed king. The big reason people would use Chrome is for the value-add features, such as tab syncing.
Tab syncing? I rarely used that but it's a neat feature. I certainly wouldn't sacrifice everything that AOSP brings to the table just for that one feature.

For me, it's a make-or-break. Password syncing would have been nice too before I switched over to Dashlane, but it's why I'm somewhat eyeing a switch to Firefox as desktop Chrome has started behaving erratically for me. I try to use one piece of software whenever I can, so Chrome having much of what I wanted built in ruled out the AOSP browser as my default.

As above, I mean tab syncing. I don't use bookmarks anymore (haven't for a long time), so that feature is sadly useless to me on any browser that offers it. Being able to pick up my browsing session roving from device is important when you have around seven.
Yeah I understand. Chrome to phone. To me that is a feature I rarely use.

You may also want to try Boat Browser.
Aosp is the best. However when I want to use a site like rapidshare etc I use opera as in the other browsers it doesn't download.
Second for dolphin.
The only thing that really keeps me on dolphin is the startup screen. All my favorite websites a touch away.
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
Dolphin, Boat, and pretty much any browser in the Play Store are just skins over the AOSP rendering engine. Performance is either going to be the same or slightly slower than AOSP because they add a little bloat on top. The only exceptions are Chrome, Firefox, and Opera - those three use their own custom rendering engines and show significant performance differences. But at the moment, they all seem to be much slower than AOSP.
I'm kind of torn on the issue.
I prefer Chrome's UI and features. The smoothness advantage of AOSP browser isn't big enough to make up for that for me.
I find scrolling is handled better by Chrome as well. If you scroll quickly, AOSP browser can't keep up rendering the page and just starts showing the page background. Chrome can keep up better and will generally render it, although at a lower quality until you stop scrolling. I find that preferable as well.
It's a shame Chrome isn't as smooth, especially when zooming. It can really diminish the experience.
I used Naked Browser myself. Though installed I rarely use Chrome and Ocean Browser.
I was a long time user of dolphin until about 2 months ago. Memory leak issues, FC's... I then transitioned to boat, but for some reason that had issues rendering pages that would lead to FC's. I've been using AOSP for about 1 week and it's been hassle free so far.

Chrome to phone involves another add-on and it's not quite as useful as tab syncing for my uses.
And who said anything about needing? Some people spend discretionary income on beer or cars; I choose to collect shiny electronics instead and tinker around with them. It also comes in handy for when a friend breaks something and I can supply a lending unit for a while until their warranties catch up.
