Have you the lets get PlayStation app pre-installed? If so download the store and pocket apps first.
If not included, as I know some regional Fw does not have it you may get in an update or you can flash a diff regions ftf to access. If not and want to keep you Fw when we have recovery working I have an add-on zip for that.

You can go into a store which is open (listed on the same page as ps pocket and store app downloads) after applying my zip just select the language of the region which is next best thing to your region. You may need to make a new psn account but you should ne able to buy with credit card. Psn vouchers are region specific so may not work with another so card is better.

update zip i created with full Playstation certified permissions and Framework Plus the Xperia S lets get PlayStation downloader app included. This also should work on any 2.3.4 + and will let you download and use the new PlayStation Mobile service.

Step 1
Download and Flash update zip in recovery to install all that you need, make sure you backup first.

I have also installed this on my Arc, ps pocket works and ps store doesn`t as u know but is it not possible to install a game without using the store, i searched a lot but cant figure out how to install a game, in the screenshots i can see twisted metal installed how did u guys do that......please...
I have an Xperia play too just took the APk and zpak off that having same error message still trying to find away round the licence check as that is what's stopping us. All of this works but it can't check DRM because Sony won't let us yet I am still working on getting round it.

probably over 80% of Android users arent rooted. just a guess but we are definitely the minority.
I think i can't buy apps in APP stock by using ATT account just because I'm rooted? Can some one confirm this? Yes i can buy using the creditcard but can't apply to ATT account.
just use a app from market called temp root remover.it will temp remover root with one click and u can add root back with one click.that should do it for u guys

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Google, who could care less about piracy. But, in order to make a deal with Hollywood, they had to add in some sort of Copy Protection. Since Hollywood has hackers too, one of the restrictions was to not put the movies on rooted devices.
Similar thing was happening with Netflix on Android and continues to happen with Netflix on Linux. The movie moguls refuse to allow their movies to hit these devices if there is even a chance that the stream will be recorded and pirated.
use OTARootKeeper to temp unroot and it works fine...

I get it but just as happened with SOPA Google is big enough to stand up to Hollywood. Most people who root their device do it for reasons other than pirated movies.

A game where you dodge obstacles. Collect coins to buy upgrades. Vehicles are available, such as the gravity suit and the Profit bird. You tap the screen to fly. It's very famous among iOS users. I'm surprised you don't know it. Pics above.

Do you need Amazon AppStore installed to run it? I downloaded it somewhere else but I couldn't run it. Said I didn't have Amazon AppStore, I didn't own the app bla bla... screw this US-only crap!

Well before uploading it, I did check on the play store on my computer to see if this game was there but it wasn't. I also checked if it was under the developers page but again, it wasn't. Also my device is ARMv7 so could be possible what you are saying is true but you can check online on the play store.

If you use your computer to go to the Play Store and search for the game, it says that it is compatible with 2.3 and up but it then said that is 3.0 and up. Very silly... Anyway, I believe that there is a fatal bug or something. Just wait for few days. They didn't even put a trailer for it so stay tune...

I was able to download it from the Play Store.
I downloaded the app Device Spoofer and spoofed it to the HTC One X.
I then cleared the Play Services and the Play Store Cache and Data.
Opened Play Store and i was able to download GTA SA.
It is currently downloading so i cannot tell if it will run or not.
Please let me know if other people also succeed in doing this
In Play Store, it says that the game is only for devices running android 3.0 or higher which implies that all the devices running 4.0 and up are compatible. However, it seems that the game is only made for tablets since if you search for an app that is ONLY made for tablets, it says that it's for devices running android 3.0 and up. But if you try to run them on your phone that is running 4.0 or higher, you couldn't.

What I'm thinking, this is like the Vice City situation where it works, but somehow there is something with the market place and the Sprint variant. If it is the same, then you can download from your working device, say tablet, play the game, at least once.
Then you can extract the APK, with something like ES Explorer, and then copy the extra download files from the OBB directory and paste onto the GN2 after installing the APK.

It is working 100% on Note 2 i played it on Ditto v3.1.1 android 4.3 but there are some FPS issues in some places not the best experience.
