Yep, only if you are rooted, download font changer from The market, and put the font in the .fontchanger directory, apply changes and reboot, now enjoy your new font!!!

I think that the app 'Font Installer' is even better since it lets you preview + install almost 200 fonts straight from the app; it requires an internet connection but no need for separate downloads or to move fonts around in folders....
My favorite font (for now) is called Olney; much nicer than the stock font and the roboto one from ICS.... ;-)

Thanks for the suggestions. Works exactly the way I wanted it to be.
I tried Segoe UI, but Segoe UI Light is way better.
I'm currently using Helvetica Neue (light).
Best font
ever.
Quick font comparison...
I still prefer Olney.
Hello
I need help
Any1 has old "Droid Sans" font for Galaxy Note i717 ICS 4.0.3 ??
I am looking for the complete set of this font
I have been using ROM TOOLBOX to change fonts when I was on GB 2.3.6
But when I change the droid sans fonts now, it changes only few, not whole system font.. I am still getting this roboto font in applications..
I am only getting droid sans font on homescreen and stock setting app
Can you please share the complete droid sans font for ICS if any1 has?
and how do I make it work on my ICS galaxy note?
I will really appreciate..
Thank you
Quit using rom toolbox to change fonts. Use built in font changer in settings. You can install any flip font you want and it changes the entire system font.
Do a search on xda for flip fonts, someone has a zip file with 300 fonts in it.

Have you rebooted the phone after applying the font? Also I don't this k it changes one specific font it changes the whole font on the phone another easier way to do this is by downloading rom toolbox from market and going into interface tab and change the font from there it will change the whole phones for font
