76.06 works, 76.03 is buggy. Yiu cannot save Service Center Number on it, 'em you can't get sms/mms services to work. Got it?

Thanks for your response.
The reason why I asked you to comment is I encounter no issues with 76.03 (Russia, Far East) so i was surprised to hear that that radio is actually "buggy".

ICS For Razr in Greece... Hope this is true!!!

The greek razr owner took his phone with 2.3.6 from service and then he received an OTA update with ICS. So maybe (i say maybe) it's the final release
It would be owsome to contact this person....to extract this desired oficial release.....
If I remember someone in Germany also got the update the same way..

Yup. Spryte got hold of it, I believe it wasn't particularly stable and probably knocks you off the update path if flashed. Nothing to see here (Aside from the incompetence of repair centre staff).

I think this is the first 4.0.4 talked about. All the cdma leaks have been 4.0.3.
The last 3 cdma leaks have proven to be very stable. Maybe not totally ota worthy but still solid. I hope we all get 4.0.4 but 4.0.3 will work for me.

For those fans asking about RAZR, we have had a delay in the ICS update for RAZR which means that we will be unable to deliver this upgrade in Q2 as planned. We are continuing to work through the issues and will update you when we have further details. Thanks

Well i'm not surprised it's been delayed, since i expected that to happen. On the other side i am surprised that Motorola took 2 minutes to post the notice on the FB page. Usually they just ignore the public and delay things without saying anything. So put together surprised/not surprised makes me indiffernet to Motorola, the feeling most of us have towards the firm. Moto-fans can protect them as hard as they can, but financial results of the company speak a different story and show if strategies toward users are good or not. I think is just a matter of time until this firm gets washed out to the ocean, the ocean of terminated companies.
This delay affect Europe too? (if I'm not wrong Europe and Australia have the same rom)

I'm really disappointed with moto. I thought they may have sorted all this scrap out. That's one of the reasons I got a RAZR. I'm gonna hold on for a few months to see if the motoroogle thing helps. How many Razrs we have? Two... The US one and the NON-US one.
The Australia's Razr is the non us one so its ics is similar to the rest of the emea ics's so if the australia's ics is delayed, most likely othe emea upgrades will be delayed as well...

Does not have to be the case, because the delay could be caused by a telecom provider in Australi. The reason could be that they have to aprove the update also (think bloatware like).
I hope.
I am worried because there is no soak test for Europe users..

According to -Danik-

I'm no expert on these matters, but Google says it's OMAP too

You can travel abroad with your RAZR no problem; but, know that if you are running CM10.1 you must patch it before it will work on Intl GSM, if you search the CM10.1 thread toy will find a link to the patch. I would link it now but I'm on my phone. If you have any other CM10.1 questions please post them on the CM10.1 thread, way more people read that thread and the support over there is great.

Flashing an XT910 ROM won't help you.
XT912 is capable of working on same carrier frequencies as XT910 without any modification.
XT912 is the Verizon version which can run on GSM networks outside US.
So if something is wrong on your carrier side, it won't solve,
while if something is wrong on your phone side, if fixable, it can be fixed without flashing a GSM ROM.
