Quick question, is the new Shostock2 based on the international S2, or from the leaked i777?

Did anyone have the problem with SHOstock2 v2.0 rom, that the messaging app could not load? Any way to fix it?

If it isn't loading from your Dock Bar just replace the shortcut by pulling your messaging app from your app drawer and dropping into the dock bar again. That should resolve your problem.

I was wondering if I am able to change the position of the homescreens by click on the home button and hold onto the homscreen and drag to change positions on the lite'ning ROM v1.5. Thanks!
Yes, you can change the position and number on any other rom too...just pinch on the homescreen to get started on touchwiz

if you want the Samsung ICS lockscreen on our Gingerbread roms, the only rom to have it at the moment is the latest Hyperdroid

Ah. You didn't specify you wanted the one from TouchWiz. The one in WidgetLocker is the AOSP ICS lockscreen.
Stock XWLA4 and I think XILA2 as well have the same lockscreen as (Samsung stock) ICS.
WidgetLocker best for your GINGERBREAD ROM !
Try GO Locker along with "GO Locker ICS Theme".

App Request TW Launcher for AOKP

Is it possible for someone to make a modified version of the TW launcher that will work with AOKP? I'd just like the app drawer icon to be the ICS circle with dots. I found the link below in searching, but it has the default home page set to 1 with no option to change it, and the app drawer icon isn't themed. I'm using it for now though, because i have no idea how i could change it. Anyone who wants to use this one without having it modded go ahead. Lol Thanks in advance to anyone who can do it or any advice!

Isn't the whole point if aokp/aosp roms to get away from touchwiz? Why not just flash stock?

You can change the app drawer icon in Nova (and Apex, I think) - you can probably make them look mostly like Touchwiz if you want.

Uhhh maybe look like 3 or 4 posts below yours? It couldnt have been that hard to miss the "Galaxy S3 Launcher" in the thread title could it?
You have to take up customizing the App Drawer button with Samsung though.

Can't he just replace the icon graphic in the launcher apk?
I know that won't center it but it's a start.

Surely it couldn't have been too hard to see that I posted this months ago before the gs3 was even officially announced? Don't sit there and act like I'm an idiot when this thread is old news. Bravo.

[Q] notification icons don't show up

Hi,
I'm on Fox Hound rom with latest siyah kernel, JKay framework and JKay paid app.
The problem is that notification icons don't show up in the notification bar. But when I pull it down they can be seen in the drop down menu.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

I'm having the same issue on my Nexus One right now. I suspect it might be caused by an app I installed but have yet to figure out the cause. Whats worse is that it was working until today, I don't know what happened. I may end up flashing a fresh ROM if it doesn't fix itself soon. Good luck, you are not alone! Btw I am running ICS.

Perfect, that did it. I just had to un-toggle the DnD option in my N1 rom. Thanks!

[Q] Jellybam ROM lockscreen widgets?

Hi,
I just updated to Jellybam rom, I was still on a froyo ROM CM lol. Ok, I went good and all. I saw that on Jellybean you can put a widget on lockscreen but on Jellybam this doesn't seem possible or I couldn't find how to do it. All I want is to place notifications for lost calls and missed SMS at lockscreen like I had on froyo.
Can someone tell me how?
Thanks

Isn't jellybam 4.1.2?

Yes, its 4.1.2. Why was this feature removed?
Anyway, is it there any alternative? An APP or something to show a better notification of lost calls and sms on lockscreen?
Thanks

WidgetLocker Lockscreen is imho the best lockscreen app in the market. It's a paid app but well worth it. It also supports call/sms notifications.
