Right I installed a new theme earlier and applied it via Theme Chooser, I'm runnong CM 7.2 however my phone now constantly re-boots.
Not sure if I've posted this in the right place but as it's related to a theme I installe...
Anyway can someone tell me how I can fix this problem?
Thanks
I believe you'll need to reinstall the rom again.
Unless you can swap back to default theme without it.
If you apply theme make sure if it is at least MDPI one.
Thanks,
I did try and and restore the original theme I had but that didn't help, still randomly restarted itself.
I have however installed a new rom - truth be told I wanted to have a crack at the CM9 ICS rom by Kerwin P so flashed that and so far (camera aside) it's happy days

Hello guys! Just like your video said, I'm a noob and I'm proud of it. xD
I search'ed a bit the forum, but I couldn't find what I was looking for.
OK, so I just updated my ROM to the latest version, Revolution ROM 2.5. I restored my apps with Titanium Back-Up, all good. I choose a theme from the "Revolution" soft and installed the ninphetamine 2.0.2 kernel.
Here's some questions that I have:
1. This ROM comes with ~10 widgets. How can I get all the stock ones back? I couldn't find anything.
2. Another thing, can I modify the theme how I want? I mean, I like the Gingerbread Edition theme (with all that green), but on the top-bar I would like the battery icon from the Revolution ROM, the one with some good-looking circles, but on green color. Also the bottle icons I would like to change too (too much green on them).
3. Does anyone know what is the 'process' where the today screens (all 7) are saved? I restored all my data with TBU, and my today was also how it was before updating, but w/o the widgets that are missing. After I reinstall those widgets I'd like to restore that process, where all the layouts are saved.
Thank you very much! Maybe some answers are already on this forum, but don't be hard on me because I didn't find them. Anyone how can help me is welcome and I thank him very much!
You can download the Kitchen app from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1171523
With that you can download stock app, widgets etc
Regarding the green ones, you can download a stock theme then try to flash the other themes from kitchen app. This is what i did
All the download etc can be done via the Kitchen app provided by LEO
Thank you very much for your support!
I managed to get my widgets + some transparent one.
About the themes, I can't do anything. If I download the stock one and then move to another, it will stay to the new one completely.
Isn't there an app that let me customize my theme? Just like Kitchen is, but they have only for general theme/dialer/market. I would want one more complex, to let me choose my style for battery, icons and so on.
Thanks again!
I was wondering if there is any solution of fix to the problem with the latest MIUI rom with fully applying themes. I can currently only apply a theme to the icons yet not for anything else (like messaging and notification bar etc...).
I am running the ICS version of MIUI on my GSII btw.
doesnt the miui rom has a themechooser like cm9 ?
if not you might try the cm9 for sgs2
It does, and that is what i use, i download the theme and click apply but not everything applies - only the icons. And i have tried cm9 and used it for a while but i just wanted to use MIUI for the customisation feature (which appear not to be working).
Hmmm Okey...
Have u tried different Themes ore just one.
Because I made the experience that in some cm (i didnt used miui) Themes your problem appeares.
So I made the same experience.
It may also depend on what type of phone youre using.
Keep on searching and u may find something that fitts to your expections.
i've tried at least 5 different themes and non of them fully work, and i've searched for a solution of which there is non that i can find :/
Hmm okey...
Whats if you write to the dev team of MIUI
Did you find anybody else stating that problem?
Ok, as I didn't got any answers on last post about arc v2 launcher on MM's CM7, I decided to ask again, so here it is: I got MM's CM 7.2 rom on my x10 and I want to know is it possible and how to install one of these homescreens on that rom, beacuse when I try to install it it just says "application not installed" and it can't be installed, I even tried to replace this with one in system folder and fixing perms, still don't work, every else is working if it's not sony ericsson, and if it can't be installed, can any1 make it for that rom beacuse I don't really understand making homecreens or any other apk's, to be more precise, I want this one
Too much of a noob to post to the forum where I want to but still...
I am running Omega V33.2 with Siyah kernel1.7
I was able to install Kalagas ICS like theme without problem but the Kalagas dialler didn´t work.
However, the dialler and circle battery theme both installed fine on my second ROM. The strange thing is, that my second ROM was a clone of the first ROM. So, after I confirmed that they still wouldn´t work on the first ROM, I cloned it again, installed the themes on the second ROM and then swapped them over. This all worked fine.
To me this suggests that there is a difference in the second ROM that Siyah creates and I thought it could be rather important to know what that is.
Does anyone have any ideas?
On my Samsung Galaxy S III I9300 (international) phone, i have recently installed:
- Omega Rom v5.2
- Speedmod (Kernel)
- Motomoto00 (Theme)
- Custom Boot animation
- Remove sms from call log (Mod)
- Camera_HX-MOD (mod)
After installing these things onto my phone they work perfectly fine but my SMS messages are not getting delivered. They only get delivered when i reboot my phone but after reboot, the messages do not send.
Any fixes or solutions to this problem?
(I use the messages+ app)
I'd guess one of your mods broke the framework, most likely is the SMS mod but any mod with the wrong build version can do it.
If you didn't back up the old files before flashing the mods then best roll back to an earlier nandroid, try applying one mod a time until it breaks again.
Your mixture of mods is probably unique to you, so I doubt there is an easier fix - unless someone has posted on the same issue in one of those individual mod threads.

My facebook push notifications now stopped working as well.
As the advice above said, the only way to find out what is causing it is to restore back to before the problem, then one by one add the mods until the problem re-appears.
