[REQUEST] Supercharged services.jar and services.odex - Xperia Arc Themes and Apps

Can someone attach SUPERCHARGED services.jar services.odex for the ICS .562 based ROMS, because I've restored my nandroid backup over 91249124912412 times and I'm really unable to complete the 'operation' . Also the ICS Beta supercharged files (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1533044) doesn't work for me ...
I actually did it the last time If someone need them here they are ;]

Wow you nailed it Nice work mate, But honestly, in ICS, the home ADJ is a bit better than AOSP ICS, it's set at 4 (Supercharger will tell it's ADJ6 but bOOM stick said it's 4) so Sony does improve it I was having a doubt to change the ADJ in the new ICS build because i was having some minor problem with Supercharged services.jar Messaging and Browser kept closing by itself. So i think i'll do research for that first
In a meanwhile, please allow me to relink to his thread

I salute you my good sir, 100% supercharged
Skickat från min ST18i via Tapatalk 2

so just copy the files in the zip and replace them with the ones stored in system/framework? And then instal V6 Supercharger version 9 RC 8.2. ?
This should work with rooted, unlocked BL, stock .562 ICS and stock kernel?
I hope it is

plz, can someone confirm this?

With adb:
adb remount
adb push services.jar /system/framework/
adb push services.odex /system/framework/
adb reboot
or you just replace them with root explorer

Thnx for the answer! ill give it a try

These files broke my RAY!!!
After install these files with root explorer in /system/framework, my phone freeze.
After reboot, it popup again and again for com.android.phone (or something look like that) has stop and i can't do anything else.
At last i had to flash rom to recover my phone.

[ADDON][X10] BootSounds for CyanogenMod/MiUI ROMS [v01]

[ info ]
so guys here is a small update.zip to flash on ur CM or MIUI ROM to enable bootsounds!
the sounds will be played during bootanimation!
i have tested this to work on latest CM7 [ARC] and it should work on other devices as well...
Users of my kernel (DooMKernel for CM7/MIUI [ARC/PLAY]) need not bother with this as my kernel already has this inbuilt
[ how to install bootsounds ]
just flash the provided update.zip via CWM5 recovery and reboot device to hear "DROIDDD"!!!
[ how to change bootsounds ]
u can surely have ur own music/file played during boot
for this just replace the file /data/local/android_audio.mp3 with ur own file
[ how to disable bootsounds ]
remount /system as RW
open RootExplorer and modify /system/build.prop
at the end of the file will be
Code:
ro.config.play.bootsound=1
just replace the 1 with 0 to disable the bootsounds!
save file and reboot
[ download link ]
DooMLoRD-BootSounds-CM7-v01-ENABLER.zip
[ additional info ]
this should work on any Andorid device which has CM/MIUI
just replace the update-binary and correct the updater-script syntax for ur device
[ references/sources ]
This is based on the files/info posted at:
How to add a bootsound to CyanogenMod
I have a question
Will this work on stock roms?
Works on fxp047
Hi Bro,
Just flashed on fxp047 and phone got stuck on boot logo, had to take battery out to get the phone to reboot, whilst rebooting no boot sounds either.
I am using fxp kernel if that helps any??
EDIT... Ok i have it working now, my problem was that i delete boot animation zip in system media and also in system/bin, i do it for faster boot, if you want the boot sound to work you need these files.
Thanks Doom for some more great work.

I wouldnt have thought so, DooMLoRD would have said otherwise, however, I would appreciate this on stock ROM if it was possible....
No need for adding anything in miui .
Just rename what you want (mp3) to bootaudio.mp3 & put it in system/media folder .
Doesn't work on CM7 ZMOD, By the way I checked & the files in the package aren't even copied to phone
Edit: sorry I just re-checked & the files have been copied but it just doesn't work
Edit: Oh just saw your edited post below, Yeah I knew it's highly unlikely that it would work but I had to try you know hehe, thanks

Works like a charm!
Just flashed the zip on FXP047 and booted with 'Drroooiiiidd'
Question, if I replace the audiofile, do I have to give it the same name? And can I also change bootanimation?
EDIT: Changed the bootanimation and renamed the file to android_audio.mp3, Works perfectly!

i am trying to find a solution for stock roms
Just flahed (with cwmrec) this on FXP47 using CobV6DoomKernel for fxp (1113) and no boot sounds am i missing something? the line has been added to build prop, but no audio file in system/media - just the bootanim and audio folder.
Edit: I tried placing an audio file "/data/local/android_audio.mp3" but still no joy
Also tried on Doom v5a FXP kernel / no joy
Sorry if its just me being dumb - any ideas what i am doing wrong anyone?!
Thanks
I've been using bootsounds in my MIUI firmware without fix/addon.
Its simply - place bootaudio.mp3 into 'media' in your rom.

Help Guys. To those who already supercharged their xperia mini ics 4.0.4 stock to 100% , may I ask for you to upload your patched services.jar and services.odex here? I badly need it cause I cant supercharge my phone 100%. Its too complicated
Just download the newest Supercharger and it will direct your phone directly to web address where you need to upload your services.jar file and it will patch it automatically. Then just download it and Supercharger will install it automatically aswell.
The webapp isnt working

Hello zerorated24, you might want to try out Flush 78 v2.2 by GustavoRD. It already has a patched services.jar ready for supercharging . I also have an st15i and couldn't patch the services.jar file on the stock rom either.
Is this for locked bootloader?

You framework folder needs to be entirely deodexed or odexed. It can't have some files odexed and other not, like Apps folder. the phone won't boot. Krabappel words And if that is from the SSPeed ROM, the system is really unstable, so the phone won't stay up too much... I could try, but I would need to have the entire framework folder so i could test on my phone.
Hope his files are from the 1.58 fw. Don't know if there is any incompatibility with an older ICS fw.

Oh god... I found both tutorials once (Re-odex and add reboot to power menu) but now I can't find any of them
Could you share your entire Framework folder, I want to see if it could work on my 1.58 fw... I'm not sure, but, still. Maybe with it fully deodexed I can try, and it will make it easier. I also could do the 30 volume step mod
I think Sony should create a "Expert Mode" on their JB firmware, where experienced users could activate some nice features, such as enable Reboot in power menu.

But attached is the modified android.policy.jar. I had reused an existing icon as I couldn't recompile framework-res.apk.

Do you have an android.policy.odex file there as well? If so, that means you can't use this, since it was created on a deodexed rom.
But, like I said, I have it working krab's KA rom so I can't really tell if it will work anywhere else.

[MOD][ICS][.587] Skip Tracks via Volume Buttons Long-Press

Tested on Mini and Mini Pro. Should work on all 2011 Xperia line. Made for deodexed, but works on odexed roms too.
Just flash zip via CWM and you're done.
Note:
If it doesn't work on odexed rom, try wiping dalvik cache and reboot.
If you have small apps installed on your rom, flash second zip.
Credits:
Sandy7: for using his script to make flashable zip. Thanks man
Tutorial for developers:
- Decompile android.policy.jar
- Add two smali files (PhoneWindowManager$23 and PhoneWindowManager$24) to /smali/com/android/internal/policy/impl/ folder
- Make changes to PhoneWindowManager.smali according to diff file
- Recompile jar
That's it.

If u already had it, why didn't u post it? I was looking for this for ages...
Anyway, it is possible that it existed somewhere before i posted it, since i'm not an original author of smali code. I found code on some japanese website, and i just modified my android.policy.jar according to differences to see if it will work, and it did.
It's only because i couldn't find fix myself for a long time, that i decided to make flashable zip and share it here.
If i ever find out who is original author of smali code, i'll give him a proper credit.

why is this script deleting all files in /data/dalvik-cach/ ? wouldn't making sense to just delete dex files of the newly odexed system apps or framework ?

A mixture of ODEXed and Deodexed files can cause problems.
Some apps have different dalvik when ODEX.
It is a stability measure.

There are a lot of ODEX methods and scripts out there.
I just uploaded the CWM Method used in the ODEX Roms we currently have.
This could work on JB/ICS but not guaranteed (Phone/Contacts apks may FC)

It's usually because of your android.policy.jar.
Either that or you have jar's that contain no 'meta-data'.
Open up all your Jar's in /System/Framework and see what's missing.
half of my system apps don't have their odex files even after fllashing the zip multiple times ! i don't know what's keeping them from odexing
also if i transfer any new app to system/app , its odex file can't be generated ...

It is a small script that does not ODEX everything but only small amount of files.
Full ODEXing is reccomended through ADB and not CWM.
Some things can't be ODEXed in CWM
Also this only ODEXes apps used by system, your own apps will not be ODEXed even if you move to system and re-run script

Dude, how come the statusbar disappear after odexing?? Its like there's no systemui present. Not even an fc popup. Just no statusbar. I've tried several times still got the same result. Any clue what might be the prob??

I have no idea, I just decided to share the script other devs use for those who are unaware/want to ODEX their roms, I can't tell you exactly.
Cache and Dalvik clean are recommended though.
Noted.
