open rootexplorer
backup bootanimation from system/media first
Rename one of ur zip file that u have been downloaded to bootanimation.zip and then
copy bootanimation.zip from sdcard
paste it on system/media dont forget to change permissions to rwrr

Your phone is rooted ?
What did you use original stock rom or custom rom?
If you use custom rom and your phone is rooted, just use app like rootexplorer and copy bootanimation.zip from your sd-card to system/media
For boot sound copy poweron.ogg from ypur sd to system/etc

That "Y" could not be any shi++ier.
Also, is that really the S3 boot sound? Because it's the default sound on my Chobits v2 ROM. No wonder the sound paired so wonderfully with the boot animation when I flashed it!

Hehe i know i need to change the Y but for now i cnt coz i need to repair my pc.... For the sound i cant tell if is really sound of S3 coz i dnt have it im uploading bootanimation with only S and little more longer the bootanimation.

You need to enable custom boot animation for stock, the iinstruction for enabling it if i remember correctly is in the list of bootanimation thread

in my experience you dont have to change anything for bootanimation to work on stock ROM

Today I mod the framework-Res.apk of creed 3.5 for s3 ripple effect lock screen.... right now I don't have a PC... so I did everything from my phone... so maybe its not very cool but I hope u guys will like it... I resized the PNG files and font of S3 and used it here....

But if u want to do it by urself then open framework-res.apk by 7-zip or winrar or whatever and copy the png's from here-http://db.tt/dHuQLChT and copy all png files to framework-res.apk/res/drawable-ldpi/here then repack it then copy your framework-Res.apk to system/framework/**here** phone will be automatically reboot.... enjoy....

Hi guys this is the Original Cyanogenmod 10.1 bootanimation with sound for our very own SGY.....
Cyanogenmod 10.1 original bootanimation w/ sound
NEW FLASHABLE ZIP (bootsound fixed)
1.Just download the flashable zip file.
2.Boot to CW recovery and select install zip from sd card.
3.Select the zip file and click it and select yes install zip.
4.Now you are done...
Enjoy your new bootanimation and I took this from orginal cyanogenmod and optimized to work in SGY

Sorry, I may be asking a stupid question, and I do apologize if I am, but in the description is says "with sound" but when I reboot the phone it shows the animation with no sound. I didn't see an audio file in the .zip so I just wanted to make sure I didn't some how mess up ^_^ or if there in fact isn't any audio. Thanks again for sharing! :victory:

Yup bootanimation sounds are somewhat named as poweron.ogg (stored in some "media" folder) or something similar..i don't think the op has included the boot sound anywhere in his/her thread..
where is the sound. is cm10 boot sound differ from hyperion8
because cm10 and hyperion 8 boot animation the same. he just changed the word cyanogenmod.to hyperion
There is no boot sound in cyanogen mod boot animation original I'll just add the link to sound later......

Hey This has been optimized for samsung galaxy Y.
For Xperia
You need to convert the ogg file to mp3 and wav file using some converter and rename mp3 file as android_audio.mp3 and wav as boot.wav.Put both these files in /system/media folder using root explorer and reboot..

Maybe some misunderstanding your post.
This is a bootanimation resizing service.
If you want a animation which not fit to your device, give him a link, give him some time for resizing and he give you a new bootanimation.

Making bootanimations are not so much easy ...
We have to manage frames ..
It dont just require resizing pictures
..
Its much more ..
So let me do my work..
And xda users may give me video to make a bootanimation..

thank u for ur effort.have tested both but i think the resolution is not correct. it should be 240×320 i think.thats y the bootanimation got stretched during boot.

Yes all bootanims are fixed
Only my bootanim contain sound
Other users who gave me zips doesnt include any sound files..
But u can still use vivos bootanim sound with these bootanims ..
They are making a perfect match

I am Using XOLO q700 with XOLO Q700i Firmware.... I've flashed your CWM (i.e. CWM by Rajit) and then copied the zip file to SD card...then tried flashing using CWM....it say error, installation aborted....Please Help... I fell In love with this Battery Icon MOD...

the mod is for the galaxy y so the update binary in a cwm zip will be different for your phone and so will the framework-res
this is how to do it
decompile framework-res.apk with apktool
goto res/drawable
replace the following files with the ones in the attachment
stat_sys_battery.xml
stat_sys_battery_charge.xml
now place all the png images that are refered to in them xml files in res/drawable-ldpi or mdpi/hdpi depending on phone
(you can take them from the mod in the op by unzipping the apk or any other battery icon pack)
recompile
put in a flashable zip and flash in cwm with system mounted

In previous comments of his I found him mentioning three of them i.e. settings.apk systemui.apk and framework-res.apk.....I am upload all those files zipped...please help

flash batterymod.zip I have done for you in cwm with system mounted
It may not flash as I mentioned before because you have a different phone and the update binary may not work
if this is the case just unzip the zip and goto framework folder
copy and past framework-res.apk onto your sd card
Then use a root brower to replace your current framework-res.apk with the one I modded in system/framework
set permissions to rw-r-r
as ever - make a nandroid backup first as I cannot guarantee this will work

Your battery % icon goes down in 1% increments instead of only going down in larger increments
You just need to replace some xml files (see my post a few posts up batteryfiles.zip) & put all the pngs of the battery pack you want
