I am from the Netherlands and people from all over the world have reported that they can order, so i personally think its a big thumbs up for Asus.
For the people who are trying to register their Prime, but are unable because their Serial is wrong, i suggest you switch the O with n 0 vice versa.
And for people who just registered and cannot see the URL in the left Sidebar for the Extension Kit, i suggest you relog on to the Asus Vip Site.

I can't even register my prime since it won't accept my serial number. No reply from ASUS Support Mail so far since weeks :/
just saw that, sent in my application. i find it interesting that its only open till end of July. im guessing that means they are planning on including the dongle in the new primes in future.
Ive seen the pics of it, looks quite nice but shame you cant plug in a charger whilst using it..

I've had a prime on preorder at newegg since the 28th. I've closely followed the threads and realized that newegg has no clue when deliveries will happen. It has sadden me.

Was this one of the Gamestops that Gamestop.com list as a seller of the Prime?
I live in an area that's surrounded by multiple Gamestops but none were listed on Gamestop.com as a Prime tablet seller, walking into one over the past weekend they didn't know what I was talking about with regards to the Transformer Prime.
I believe it is listed as one of the tablet sellers. The other ones have no clue.

I read a possible solution from a forum post on the Acer Iconia A500 tablet, but it requires rooting.
Is there any possible way for me to have full access to the market? I had a USA Transformer Prime shipped to Korea. I have access to a lot of apps, but not all. For example, I can't get Shadowgun! Well, many of the Tegrazone games, for that matter. So yea.. any possible solutions?
I believe there is an app called market unlocker available in the market.. that may work, if not, google is your friend
Run your internet thru a VPN. I use a company called gotrusted. Once you install the VPN make sure to clear the cache for the market and market downloader. Reconnect to the market and it should be the us market now.

I'm pretty sure it should work regardless of where you are. I'm in Canada and I use it to access American content,works well..except maybe with Amazon's music site.

It's 5 bucks and will give you an American mailing address. You can add this address as a secondary address to your credit card. If you need to make a purchase on a site that requires a US credit card this will work. I use it for Google Music for example. You can also purchase products that only have American shipping. It will get sent to the address that you get when you sign up and they will ship it out to you...costs more but it can be worth it if the product you're looking for is only available in the US.

Rooting TFP 201
There are a few ways to do it, but I used this guy's method
I guess I can't post links yet as I am super noob, but the site is transformerprimeroot . com
He has a vid on youtube as well, which I also cannot link to.
The only thing I noticed was my prime didn't reboot three times like he says it will after executing the file, but I have root access for sure, so maybe his new method is just instant
Look in the development forum for info on rooting.
Phone apps might work on the Prime, so they will show up for download. However if the developer hasn't optimized the app for tablets it will look stretched out and pixelated. Leave a review encouraging (nicely) for the dev to improve his app.
A good game that shows off the TF Prime's graphical abilities is Shadowgun. You can find the tablet version by using the Tegra Zone app that comes pre loaded on your tablet

1. I used Viperboy's method.
2. Really not a question, but it is a true statement. for anything i feel is a MUST have on my prime, but isnt compatible; i email the developer, and post a 4* review on their page. dont hurt em, thats not really fair. but 4* will get their attention. just be proactive about garnering support for your device.
3. Shadowgun THD, above poster is 100% correct hands down. i also heard Soulcraft was just made compatible for ICS, and looks great from vids ive seen. it is in beta though

I'm getting a bunch of account based problems. With the exception of the reported sensitivity problems when aiming (no big deal for me, I still get kills).

My match data is off, I've played close to 10 matches and it says 3, and that I've only won 1 match, and lost zero out of the 3 (never tied..).
I almost never get credited after a match, I've lost about 20k so far because when I exit the matches after I'm finished the gold isn't there.
My K;D counts are way off, it should be higher - and my match history shows me playing matches I haven't played (only play alert & divide).
Plus my level 51 account was reset to level 1 when I started.
I don't mind playing it just for fun, but I can't even get to the point where I can buy a better gun or skills/equipment so I don't die as much.
Do you have the game on other device and does it do the same? I think this is more server related.

Never did this on my tf101, but that was using an unmodified apk for an a500 on HC.
I don't have an answer to your problemo....but do you mind me asking how you got it on the TF201? I know you purchased it on another device so you did pay for and own it...but does it just work on the Prime or does it need to be modded?

with this app being $0.49 today...i am interested in this as well!
i bought this app on my Skyrocket through the market for 49 cents and the damn thing doesnt work, says get a refund device not supported. wtf? how could i purchase it through the market if it wasnt supported.

Got mine, but isn't the CE logo printed incorrectly on the Chromecast? On the box it looks right, but it's not right on the device. THe letters are too close together.

Yes, that does indeed look like "China Export"..
In case someone doesn't know this about this, here's Conformité Européenne Wikipedia article.

But that's not the point, the "CE" mark on it is not the CE mark.
I took a look at my original Chromecast and it uses the proper CE mark which indicates it complies with EU legislation.
If you can't comprehend why that matters, I'd suggest looking at the meaning of it.

can anyone confirm if the ac is connecting 1x1 or 2x2. i heard it was 2 antenna . also 3rd smart antenna. The max bit rate if ac router is connecting .
Mine's connected at 433Mbps if that's any help.
That's 1x1 on 80Mhz channel. Pretty much what I would expect given the info.
