I saw this garbage at CES several years ago. First of all you need to have the hands of a surgeon to correctly align the cover, second of all, it's a lenticular covering, so it looks absolutely terrible.
This does zero to harm the amazing sphere in which the EVO 3D exists.

That is absolutely not what makes the Evo 3D hardware unique. At least to me, the best feature on the Evo 3D is the 3D cameras. I only use the 3D screen to take 3D pictures and videos.

Sweet, I hope my store has one. I liked my otterbox on my evo4g.
the 3d is awsome, unreal... and hard to get familiar at first. But I noticed the 3d can be watched without moving the phone. If you move the phone it will distortion the view and youll get "dizzy" lol . But I cant wait to flash a new rom on this baby! I hope Kings Roms and ASC guys will get this one cracked open.

When a n"no glasses required" 3D TV gets produced that is within a reasonable price range I will be on board with it. I mean why not? Much like our phones, we can always stay with 3D if that is what we are comfortable with. I just like having options.
I say bring it on. The more 3D phones on the market, the more 3D content we get. Things are pretty sparse right now other than the youtube app, which is 96% 3D cat videos, 3% foreign 3D trailers, 1% stuff I care to watch.
Of course when Rovio releases Angry Birds 3D, nothing else is gonna matter anyway.

Whoa Mozilla labs has plans to build their own OS based on android. Its just a concept right now but its crazy to see how far technology could go. The original article was on gizmodo but I thought id share since were all bored and arguing around here anyways. Ahhh yeah does sound like a custom UI sort of like sense but the article said they arent adopting java; could be interesting. I know im late i barely found that video lol.
If that thing was ever built, it'd be the most expensive smartphone that has ever existed, haha.
Can't imagine the battery life on that thing.
I saw that about a year ago and I don't think we are much closer to it being realistic. It looks amazing but I think we are years away from anything close to that.

Although they don't have the same sensor technology for typing and stuff, you have been able to order phones with built in PICO projectors from overseas forever. I own a Pico projector seperately and it is awesome. Not much bigger than the 3VO. Well, like 3 times thicker, but can fit in your pocket.
Again, they've been making them for years overseas, so why the have to pretend being able to project your phones screen on to the wall is some future concept is silly. I know it has a lot more features than that, so it is a concept phone. But I just think it's interesting that projector part has such a wow factor when they are made everyday.

I would of stayed but sprint low balled me and would not give me an early upgrade when my contract was opt out eligible so i jumped, I'll miss the 3d nice device that holds up pretty good even after almost a year release. Good luck on a speedy ics release, and if anybody is thinking about getting the galaxy nexus from sprint, don't waste your two year on it, its nice as hell but not a big enough jump up to blow your upgrade on. OK so nobody cares I'm out.
I feel ya. No point in getting the Galaxy Nexus anymore since another great phones are out. But in my opinion, im an AOSP guy so I would still probably get it but only on Verizon. Otherwise, I'd get the Droid Razr Maxx or Nokia Lumia 900. They're the only phones that have my attention.
