that is not cyanogen rom.. he has just used bootanimation of cyanogenmod...

if you really like wp7 you can try themed ones... Jusada has made one months ago and it was fairly like wp7 has tried it too and used it for about a week

1. I never said I could, I merely said that it'd be Android themed with WP7 using something like launcher 7.
2. It takes far longer than your 5 dots to develop... well pretty much anything.
3. I'm interested in seeing his work too, as I always like to be proven wrong, it's how we learn.

and miui is open source
but we are having serious problems with microphone in call
in other stuff microphone works
we have some more bugs
but we are fixing it after it get fully released on xda
it can help everyone on mdpi

we can't port it without release your rom first because you don't tell us where did you find the source code! We need the source code to make it fully compatible with our device! Why you keep it secret?
Nice! Our Ace is becoming like the top MDPI phone in the galaxy line. So glad I bought this badass..

Because the source is on GitHub ?
If you searched for the appropriate thread you would've found that there's only MIUI4 source being open and not Gingerbread .

Actually doesn't need porting at all. Its source is available publicly. Just need to compile from the source. As its pretty much similar to cm, maybe can use cm config to compile it.
