3G Data problem Help - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a big problem, my team reconce the 3G network, but speed is 10 Kbs, and sometimes even less, nose to do, and I tried everything:
Change the Rom.
Formatting Internal SD.
Restoration of manufactures.
Put another chip.
Put another chip carrier.
And nothing in your speed is too slow, no matter who put another chip or another operator, so something must have my cell
When I put it to work on Edge speed is faster!.
The only thing I remember having done, is haver downloaded a game but it was for the Acer, I realized then delete it, also activates a call blocker but remove it and nothing.
Nose to do, that I use to have 3G if you do not charge anything, please help me, eh never seen a case so it's super weird.
With the Wifi speed is normal.

Radio
This is most likely a radio issue. Have you flashed a new radio on it ever?
Have any of your ROMS have a recommended radio?

he means wat modem ur on on ur phone......and u mus tell wat rom ur on is it custum rom then ,name it...check it out and post

ok y dont u try out diffrent modem,cuase these r greatly responsible for signals etc.....so may b its not cathing good reception thts y ur on low speed,wifi is totally diff....hope u got my point

Before KH3 had the modem and I never fault but now does not work as modem probe changing, and I follow the error, this rom Anastasia, I just put the recent, and I do not work, eh tried many Rom, also the officers, and nothing, I can do?

dude flash ur countrys official rom,jus check out ur frnds over there wat they r using on sgs2....iam on official gb an ki4 is the modem thts stable....so i don kno were u stay but do pm if ur stuck....

They have several modem, and tried KI4 eh well, and does not work, before I failed with no modem, and KH3 KI4, LPS, now none works, I do not understand how you can be leading 3g and have a speed so slow.
