Edit:
Soak test, as I kwon, is for verizon cmda razr only. To run over gsm systems this is the update.zip availiable. It's the stock ICS for gsm.. Am I wrong?
Edit 2:
There's also a fastboot file, from a leaked ICS from china to be flashed with RSD lite, here:

The .181 update file has been out and posted several times before the soak test for a couple of weeks now. Download to you SD card, and install via stock recovery.
http://www.mydroidfiles.com/downloads/arcanexvi/Blur_Version.6.12.173.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip
...And before anyone says this is .173, Verizon update files are named for the current build, not the update build.

Just make sure you flash back to completely stock .173 before trying to use the .181 update file, otherwise it won't work.

No. Just put it on the SD card, boot into recovery, and select to install the update file.
Does manually installing the update take you off the update path?
No biggie if it does I guess. I'm gonna wipe when ICS comes out.

You better take a close look at the zip file.
Within the file is a zip file called firmware.zip.
Within that file updates our recovery and hboot (along with a couple others).
HTC might be trying to take away our root with this. I'm going to wait.
This will update us to 1.90.0008 for our hboot.

In order to install this you would have to re-lock your bootloader, go back to stock (with stock recovery), move this file to /sdcard2/download directory, boot back to hboot and then to recovery. That should work. Then just hope you can root unlock your bootloader again through htcdev so you can get root again.
EDIT: At first glance this will do the following:
Update our hboot, recovery, kernel, mdm9k partition, mdmrcdata partition, pg2fs_spcustom partition, rcdata partition (all from the firmware.zip file), add or change two files to our /system/etc directory, add or change /system/customize/resource directory, add the music2 app and it looks like it changes some 25 drivers (firmware directory).

Not sure it applies to you, but I am sure the update will fail everytime if you have bootstrap recovery installed. As the update uses a bootstrap method itself, if it can't launch it's recovery properly it will fail.
The catch to that is that since the last two updates were OTA's there is no SBF for us to revert back to stock with.
So, you can take the downloaded OTA out of the /cache partition (Will be a zip file with todays timestamp), rename it to update.zip, place it on your sd card and flash through recovery. That's a work around

Looks like Photo-torpedo method worked!
Photon-torpedo.sh threw an error like it did in the last update but #Root Check says it's all good. Super User, Busy box, Titanium Backup are all happy with root.
Also no problem to go R/W with Root Explorer so maybe this update is not locked like the last one!

So this is the .211 Fastboot files for the CDMA RAZR (912) correct? So now I can fastboot this and NOT have to use Matt's 1.7 utility to "unstuck" my RAZR and flash the .211 OTA?
I'm assuming then this is the OFFICIAL 211 image.
Also, noticed that the XML file doesn't have the entry to wipe your internal SD card. Thank goodness that was removed (even though it was an easy edit).

It allows you to flash your phone with a fresh install of ICS .211 (the same as the OTA) through RSD Lite. So, if you really mess up your phone trying to install a ROM or something, you can get back to stock ICS. That is all this file does - makes your phone stock. Originally we would flash the 2.3.6 SBF file to get back to GB. However, if you installed the OTA or some of the ICS leaks the bootloader changed, so flashing the 2.3.6 file would have caused your phone to become a brick (meaning you would need a new one). So now guys can mess with their phones (like we did on GB) and we can have this to fall back on if something goes wrong while trying to get our flashing fix...
Enjoy guys

Google betakang or batakang (I forget which one) JB unbrick. Or search around the android development forum. Make sure you have the OTA on your sdcard. It will flash ur phone back to ICS which will fail when complete. Then go into recovery and apply the OTA.

You'll have to go back to JB. The unbrick tool essentially puts ur phone back into a state that will accept the OTA. As of yet I don't believe downgrade is possible. I may be wrong but not to my knowledge.

ill try to keep it short. My droid razr can't receive calls or text i can't call or text anyone either. The phone shows that i have a signal im not roaming. It just makes no sense to stop working out of nowhere. The only solution i have is switching sim cards??? I even did a hard reset the crazy part is as soon as i switched the phone back on after the reset i started receiving text and voice mails. Its only after i immediately turn the phone back on after a reset that i can receive text and voice mails no calls though.
