if your looking for a free alternative, try milocker, its great
You should just go ahead and buy(wink) widgetlocker. Well worth the penny. I haven't found a locker in play store which feels this sturdy and dynamic( i have used must of them).

I wouldnt recommend using GoLauncherEX Locker...

I don't want to flash the rom I did not like it I just liked the lockescreen and statusbar

Awesome! I've been using CM7 and MIUI for a while and I've forgotten about Magiclocker. They also didn't have the ICS theme last time I used it. BTW, they have 3 MIUI themes and the ICS one is called "Android4free".

Had no clue about this app... very nice.
Widget Locker also has a great ICS theme. Works very well.

MiLocker is an option that gives you multiple options including ICS.

That's the best I got without having to flash a random ICS theme. If you're looking for a full on theme you can search the "Themes and Apps" thread.

Bionix is 2.2, have to be on 2.3 or higher for mii locker. Your only option would be to code it in yourself since bionix is no longer supported

If your using the Go Launcher EX you could use Go Locker and download the ICS theme for it. Or you could try Widget Locker, which I believe has an ICS theme as well.
Edit: However, just a suggestion, if you're one who likes to really customize your phone (one week you love an ICS themed phone, the next a Gingerbread theme) you should look into miui. It allows you to customize everything from the status bar to the lock screen all within a themes app easily.

Well,ics launchers on google play are well "ported" already,and if your phone is strong enough to handle ics goodies then its better just to port hole ics to that phone.BTW i really like ics theme on go launcher ex

Ye I know we have ics but touch (partially) and most of other stuff doesn't work but it boots and it's rather fast. And i know about the apps in the market and i tried them all bit i want all of ICS launcher functions. Anyway tnx for reply but as I said since there are no ports, I believe we can consider this thread closed.

Ok so just an update for future reference i found an app called Holo Launcher which is all you need from an ICS launcher for GB

Which rom are you using?When I was on GingerDx and GingerJHv5 Launcher Pro Plus was the best for me (free version is pretty good too, you don't need to buy it ) and now on ICS I use Apex Launcher, it's very fast, but it works only on ICS.
The worst for me on GB were ADW Launcher and on ICS Trebuchet Launcher.

if u re talking to me. now im using xperia active walkman mod with xperia active laucher stock mod and i kidna modified it too so it has better look for me now., before i was using lewaos v4 on stock kernel and this laucher is great for me LPP when i had any rom with it. it always FC's on start for me. It;s the worst laucher ever imo. same GO ex and ADW.

i've did and u know what? fc on start . so no it's not. i had it with old Fde
I'm using sslauncher. It's free, fast, versatile. You can go as far as your imagination can with customization. And it's fast (did i say that?) and frequently updated (once every 2weeks i think). Try it. I can't go back to other launchers since i found this one...it's just too...perfect.
