you can use desktop visualizer or you can open every apk to change out the icon in each ones res/drawable-hdpi and zip it back up using 7zip(make sure you use normal and you have apk at the end and not zip)
Thanks! Will give it a try

Not sure what you're doing wrong, I set pngs as icons in LPP all the time... explain how/when you get the error.

What about the status bar??
Like, could you theme it entirely? Lockscreen, apps, status bar?
Is there anyway to theme apps on the go? Meaning replace some icons, images with the phone....

Nope you need to decompile the apk and change the files which cant be done on the device.
You could use a custom launcher to change the image it uses for the icon but it won't actually change the apps icon

I was wondering if there is any app that can extract or at least lets me use icons from themes of some famous launchers? I dont use such launchers as i don't want them feeding on phone's memory but i love the icons!
Well you could open the launcher apk and go in and look for them

How transparent do you want it?
100%? 75%? 50%?
Also, do you have any themes applied for this ROM?

If you can, can you please upload the ROM for me to dropbox and send me the link? I can't find a good download for the ROM anywhere. If you can find me a working download link for it or provide me with the ROM, I'll try to make the app drawer transparent for you. Just give me a couple days to have it ready.

PM has been sent.
Just in case anyone else stumbles upon this post looking to make their app drawer transparent on SkyRaider Zeus 1300 (1.3)...
This ROM does not need any modifications in order to make the app drawer transparent.
Here's how you do it... follow these steps.
1. Open apps
2. Open SkyRaider Settings
3. Go to Rosie settings
4. Choose options
5. Choose background color
6. Locate the bar below the color selector that is titled "alpha" and slide the selector all the way to the right
7. Choose okay and then done
Your app drawer is now transparent.
Enjoy.
Note: This is a built in feature of the ROM. You can even change the app drawer to any color and/or any transparency desired.
