Got this the day beta was released. It's been handy for if I wanna read on Pulse on desktop or use Evernote. It has a pc version but it's ugly so yeah. I'm waiting for the next release as it could still be improved greatly. Although this beta is so much better than it's alpha release a year ago lol.
Great for playing games that are incompatible for SGY too. World of Goo on it is awesome.
Tapatalked.
Yup this is great
Even i installed go launcher in it lol

I had read about this on CNET like a few months ago. I was wondering when they were going to release it into the wild.

Yeah I signed up for the Alpha like a year ago. I was starting to think they were never going to release it. This has to be about the coolest thing to happen to Android since the OG EVO.
Looks like it's going to be huge. Wish there was Linux support.
This is pretty cool. Will the apps run faster than they do on the emulator?

Same here, Unfortunately that's true for too many things with Linux.
I seen this on engadget earlier. Definitely gonna give this a try. Btw, thanks for the box account!

I found this dump over at the desire z forums. All credits go to.the original poster.
Anyone skilled in hacking willing to tweak this and give it a spin?

That's just an SDK dump, better waiting on proper source beeing released, probably when the Galaxy Nexus goes on sale in November
And there's a dump of the system/app folder over at myandroidworld. Go google it. However, most apps get parsing error when I try to instal them. Even those that do not get the error mostly FC. I only got news and weather and maps to run.

Sorries for my noobish but...
What is needed to make this apps able to run on our minis?
I think it might have something to do with the app framework.

The firefox alpha browser is not compatible with all of the current plugins available for the stable firefox browser that is already available on the market. Compatibility checking is based on the version number. After playing around with this browser while its still in alpha i find it to be quite stable and good for daily use.
Here's the OFFICIAL Mozilla file at Bugzilla for getting official support for ARMv6 devices.

Have a go and try if it works
EDIT: It takes a long time to download, and when you do you run out of space. So beware

testet it with DK Rom, it starts, show the startpage but cannot use it. When i open a adress it shows only the adressbar and a black screen. Can not load the Updatefuncion, because it is an Website and can not loaded. Same problem here with the Black Screen.
Yep, I am getting the black screen too, for some reason it can still take screenshots of the page to it on the start screen lol

Doesn't render pages. I believe it is all hardware accelerated. And our wildfire hasn't got any hardware. Might need software rendering to be implemented before its going to be usable.
