Are you S-ON? Someone said there is an app? that will let you change it but you have to be S-OFF.

^This.
Only way to get rid of it is to go S-OFF. Then you can use RegawMod's S-ON Tool to restore it to complete stock, with LOCKED rather than RELOCKED in the bootloader.

Part of the process should've included flashing an RUU. Didn't it? It says locked - isn't that what you wanted?

Hi there, i have read few topics about unrooting and getting back *LOCKED* status. As i know, if you have S-ON, you can only get *RELOCKED* status, but what about S-OFF? Wha should I do, to be locked again, ot only relocked? Thanks!

There's a flashable zip for S-off users that will change the lock status: http://androidforums.com/cdma-evo-3d-all-things-root/662615-how-change-your-lock-status-flag.html
The only other way I know to return to a locked status is to s-on and do the wire trick again. But flashing a zip is much simpler.

I'm not 100% sure about simunlock but mine didnt lost it after flash ruu.
Here's what I did:
- Download 0PJAIMG_Sprint_HTC_One_M9_2.11.651.19_RUU.zip
- Rename it to 0PJAIMG.zip
- Copy it to your SDcard
- Reboot into Botloader, it should prompt you to install the new firmware
