Instructions
Flash your downloaded file in recovery:
1. reboot into recovery ( need clockwork recovery to work ) .
2. choose "install zip from sdcard"
3. choose "choose zip from sdcard"
4. locate your file Gopa battery ... .zip in SD
5. confirm "YES - install Battery ... .zip"
6. wait for script to finish
7. reboot phone

By chance is this the same framework you were using from 1.7? or did you have to mode the 1.8 framework?
I only ask because I want number 4 above but I also want to cook the G4 blue sense 3d icons for the back ground. and I have done this for 1.7.

i use clockmod and have not tested with streakmod !
However there is no reason for it not to work with strakmod.

this is awesome updated to 1.8 last night and was wondering when you would have battery icons out log on this morning and bam there here. Blueicons FTW
Installing 1.8 with ADWLauncher and Transparent notification bar works good until I install these battery icons.
My Android starts, but gets a flood of error-messages. Unable to do anything.
Back to the clean 1.8 and it is working again.

Sorry to hear that...
I am seeing that is not working for some people. However i have no specific answer for that ....
Please try other versions. Version 1 should be the most compatible.. ( I know its risky)
Also i will be cooking one next week ( as i am out of house for a trip) and see if that helps some of the users.
I used streakmod recovery and all was well. I used theme 2, if that makes a difference.

Tried the blue icons and decided to change to the plain numbers. After flashing the numbers zip the blue icons version still displayed. I tried again after clearing the cache partition and dalvik cache, still showed the blue icon version.
Flashing the standard battery version replaced the blue icons.

I tried theme 4 numbers and it didn't work for me with streakmod.

Hey, How are you modifying the framework-res.apk I am getting errors for some of the png files.
So i copied the same files from a build that worked just fine, but when i cook it, I get back a file to flash that is not any good.
Please let me know how I can mod the PNG files.

doesnt work on my 1.8, it force closes heaps of apps and system wont start
Just flashed standard battery meter using streakmod, everything works fine for now.

I'm having an issue when installing custom themes on Wolfbreak 2.2 rom. (More than likely user error).
I follow the install instructions..as u understand them. Download zip file...install using xrec(install custom zip from SD card)..reboot...go into settings/cyan/user tweaks and choose "theme"...then reboot to see applied theme.
The problem I am having is after first reboot the theme is applied...and going into user tweaks and selecting another theme does nothing. After reboot the last installed theme is still there.
Could someone explain what I have done wrong?

Hi, trying to test the ROM and there are a few issues. Not sure if they are related so posting both together.
1. When I change the right button within the Rosie Settings app (in app drawer), nothing happens. Internet icon shows no matter the change, when I click the icon it opens HTC sense personalize menu.
2. There are no toggle widgets in the notification area - just blank. Have confirmed the widgets.txt file lists widgets.
Sure hope I didn't miss this being posted/resolved already - couldn't find anything in searching.
Can anyone help?
I am also trying to change right button on rosie settings das bamf 1.6 any change I make still brings up personalize menu.
Any change to the setting will not change the icon. There is a thread in the theme forum with alternative versions with other icons, but they were developed for 1.5 and I don't know yet if they work for this version.
Can't help with the second question, as I haven't installed 1.6 yet.

having the exact same issues here, only after i flashed the 1.6.1 patch.
the power control widgets are still in the pulldown, but they dont highlight after being enabled/disabled.
ive tried flashing a few Rosie's (just to see if the right icon changes) and so far no luck. mine is stuck at the globe (internet). Adjusting rosie settings fixes it, but id like to be able to match the icon lol.
the funny thing is all of these issues stemmed from flashing the patch. last night when i flashed 1.6 everything was perfect!

I had the exact same issue. I'm not at all sure this is what fixed it, but it started working after I did the following:
Boot into recovery mode.
Wipe
Apply 1.6 zip.
Apply 1.6.1 zip.
Reboot
Prior, I was applying 1.6 with ROM Manager, rebooting, then applying 1.6.1 and rebooting again.

Hmmm. installed 1.6.1, didn't help.
Then tried what you suggested (quote) through ROM Manager / CWR...didn't work, still have the issue...maybe I'll try from recovery mode when I try the next patch.

Are you flashing via ROM Manager? I was having the same problems as you, and doing all the work via recovery fixed me right up.
agree with the above do NOT use ROM manager to flash.
Download bamf 1.6.3 to the SD card.
Use ROM to reboot into recovery.
Wipe cache. (Once is fine)
Use arrow keys to select flash from from sdcard.
Arrow keys to scroll to downloads press home to select then scroll to the bamf rom and select it with the home key.-
Follow remaining instructions on screen to flash, no need to wipe data but, let dalvik cache wipe.
Reboot and you'll be good to go with all the notifications.

There are no themes at the moment available for v9.0. When themes are ready they will be uploaded.

D4 Rom base is and will be CyanogenMod. Any other features will be included only if they dont decrease the performance of clean AOSP sources.
7. My APN does not works!
Disable mobile data network.Go into airplane mode.Reboot your device.Come out of aeroplane mode and enable data network mode.
Wait for a few minutes so that the network can log into UMTS/EDGE.

9.Gallery is too slow on opening and does not display all images.

Android 4.0 (ICS), have implemented a unified os for phones and tablet. However, they have also a system that identifies wether if device is a tablet or a phone, and then set the interface. Tablet mode is a hack on framework, for showing Tablet UI, on phones.

Use Quickpic as it is way better than Gallery. As for other issues I would clear data and force stop anything in your app drawer relating to google. framework etc then reboot

Hi dan96815, I successfully flash your ROM to my SGSII but no luck in flashing the GAPPS (DRC83_base_defanged-2.zip)...on CWM it just says E:Error in /emmc/download/DRC83_base_defanged-2.zip (status 0)
I have downloaded the file 3 times just to make sure I don't have a corrupted package but still it does the same thing. Please enlighten me,thanks.

Theme engine is nice, I`m able to install a theme but how to uninstall one?

I've seen on first page the pics with some statusbar mods(the brightness adjuster) that I thought belongs to Reloaded Settings.. I remember that they were for CM9 so I asked this to understand if there would be some some conflicts between Rel.Settings and the D4 rom settings..

I would only use what is in the ROM not any other addons
I have seen the Youtube clip on the first page and I saw that the app drawer has
normal size app icons in tablet Mode
I can't seem to figure out and find it on the web how to change that.
I like the size on the home screen, but the App Drawer icons could be much bigger

I'm on it now running great even weather sticks after reboot just click the date in pull down you will see message saying updating weather give it a few you will see it back only a few buggers left

lol too funny im a painter myself so i feel your pain there...in general ui in rom control it has disable bootanimation box you can click but use at your own risk idk what may result from it

check in settings for auto brightness and sms as well look in settings enable the longer limits
I haven't tried this for the Photon yet, but disabling boot animation on the Touchpad simply gets rid of the unicorn animation and replaces it with a more generic boot animation.
Better if you don't want your homophobe buddies to see =P.
Just download the droid razr boot animation zip and replace in /system/media. Or use one of my cm9 ones .

I found a few things that aren't working right. the Performance option FC's Rom Control every time when you try to open it, not sure what all options are in there.
The boot tweaks does open and items are selectable however after you leave that screen the settings revert, there is no way to save settings.
And finally I was not able to find where I could change my default storage settings between internal sd and external sd.

Its parts of the sunfireparts.apk that joker made. Its included in this rom and several other ics roms, it just doesn't work.

performance is a known bug check op.. but what it does can be accomplished with most over clocking apps from the market..
the boot tweaks I will look into I'm going to try to see for myself if it works... if not I think I know already what to do.....
the storage is cm9 this is aokp so the options wont be exactly the same... however it can be edited.... but I have limited time to do these things so the storage pretty much will be set to default until I can get it done..... sorry

Considering you were unable to find it and it's the settings menu in CM, I think the question has been answered. It not working would imply you found a setting, tested it and it didn't function.
