Hello fellows, i have a little problem with the init.d tweaks settings. I can tick them on but when i reboot this tweaks aren't applied. I am now on the latest 4.0.4 with stock kernel, but i had this problem with all versions. Is this an known issue or am i doing something wrong. I have try to find a answer in the thread from [ROM][ICS][08/04][4.0.4 NOW!]HyDrOG3N-ICS 08.04[1080P!][KeeperEdition][Fix'ed] but nothing solved the problem for me. Please anyone that know a fix.

did you tried copying the init.d files manually to /etc/init.d ? using root explorer? it shuld work after that, if still it dosent work then something is wrong with the kernel or the init.d files

Deodexing is a process which is done before compiling custom roms...
Afaik, you can't deodex via cwm (unless I'm missing some vital information on this)

so i did some searching and came to know about the Vseries superchager for android..
but the problem is that the original forum for V6 supercharger is too confusing
and didn't mention the steps clearly ...there seems to be a lots of step-1 in the installation process
the forum is OP by zeppelinrox( no hard fillings dude but the post ...like u said made my assplode)
