Coming from the Photon, greatest phone I ever owned to date. Too bad it was on the worst network ever.
So far I'm loving the speeds. 12 down 7 up. And my bill will suprisingly be cheaper.

It's funny you call it that... I used to work for AT&T Corporate back in 1998-2001. We had a Service Van we used to shuttle servers and other equipment around to different locations.
We came out one day and someone had put a Death Star sticker for the main gun on the logo and several X wing and Tie Fighter stickers flying around it.
We had no idea who might have done that *cough* (I now have blank spaces in a sticker sheet)...
Anyway, we drove around like this for MONTHS, then someone for Corporate Management saw it and had us bring it up to the main campus, he stood next to it and we took a picture of him and he thought it was clever.
Sometimes, they aren't as stiff shirted as they want people to think they are.
What gave me away? *cough*screwsprint*cough*
I'm really digging this phone. My only worry is, the lte is almost 3 times faster than my dsl so I might forget to turn the wifi on =D.

no more 1 year contracts or upgrades. You have to wait 20 months to upgrade now. It says some where in there though that if your a sprint gold member with a upgrade from sept. 1st 2011 to the end of the year Dec. 31st 2011 you can use it but if not then your hosed.

If this is true, we can Thank the iPhone and all the Apple A-HOLES. The CARRIER KILLER Strikes Again. I now wish AT& T was able to buy T-Mobile. At least Sprint would have tried to stay competitive still. Once a Carrier gets the iCrap they forget who got them there

This is a **** move from sprint, they are going back downhill. They are upping their etf to $350 and now this? If they had decent 3g then ok but service is subpar. They want to play with the big 2 (being Verizon and AT&T) and they can't even match them with service. Yes we have unlimited but what good is that if people are only getting 300 kbps downloads.

What's funny is I just talked to a Retention Manager and He told me that he got that e-mail about 30 minutes ago about the Premiere Program going away and was surprised it was in the Interwebz already. This is horrible. I have been with Sprint 11+years and if they think they can move up to the big dogs (Verizon & AT&T) and NOT provide the same Speed in 3G and 4G (LTE) they are going to loose customers so quick it will make their heads spin. Greed plain and simple. Get the iPhone and get Greedy, A-Holes. Bye Sprint, Hello Verizon and the Bionic.
All of this is totally understandable to me at least on Sprints part. They have the best rates and want to keep them a little longer. They have to make cuts somewhere.
I probably don't sympathize well because I just now finally got a cell phone but I think their rates are way better than Verizon or AT&T.
I do understand long term bonuses though because I've worked at the same place for over 18 years and to lose something sucks.
If I am going to get RAPED, I will at least have better coverage. Sprint has horrible coverage and thinks because they are getting the iPhone they can be Jerks. Adios Sprint, Hello Verizon. My Wife has a 24% discount with Verizon. Hopefully the Bionic is a nice phone. I may just go Trac Phone. This is getting ridiculous.

Of course I am. I have good credit and even though Sprint has pissed me off it is not near enough for me to ruin my credit over. Not to mention that I have a very good reputation on this and other sites which is also not worth ruining by selling bad merchandise. ALL three esn#'s are good and I will wait until the buyer transfers the phones to their name before I close the account.

Right now I want to sell all of them together and I think I have them sold but we will see. If I were to sell them one at a time I would want 300 a piece for the 3d's and 250 for the og EVO. I really want to get rid of them as soon as I can which is why the ridiculously low price. That way I can pay sprint off, get into my new phone, and go on with life!

Ohh man its Incredible compared TO Sprint. Even after just 24hrs. The thing I got a kick out of was when I had to my job site for a late shipment on paint coming in from across the US (yeah the client had Ploy-Urethane drove in from Washington state, dont ask LOL) but o had a few mins to spare, so I fired up NFL Mobile. Guy, I was watching the Green Bay game. It's looked great and the video quality was pretty damn good. I was amazed. That's the coolest thi.g I think I've seen on any of the devices I've owned. Yeah sprint's limited with cool features. And my data speeds are crazy good. Usually in my house I Roam with Sprint. The Airave I have helps a bit with reception but not data of course. O usually get about 1.50 on the Download. I was getti.g almost 14.00+ with 4G last night. It was mind boggling. So yeah om pretty stoked about coming over

I get a little over 1Mb, oh wait we are 3G here Supposed to get LTE officially on on Dec 15. Can't wait - my TB had amazing 30+ speeds in MSP.

I believe that watching games is free until the end of the season *with* new LTE phones. With my prior phone, the Dinc2 you had to pay $10/mth for Verizon Video to get the games on NFL Video. Was free when I got TB & Dinc2 but fee came out month or so ago.

I live behind Penn, right outside of Mishawaka by County Line Road. I had to take my dad to have a colonoscopy at the SBC, then we went to some restaurant next to that ****hole campus. I was born in Elkhart General though, and my dad owned Lemacks Construction on Lincolnway for 25 years, lol.
Anyways, back on topic, lol. I hit 32.76Mb/s DL and 17.82 UL today at University Park Mall

I haven't had a chance yet to test 4g in mishawaka. I may head out to the mall tonight and check it out. I haven't got above 18mbps up and 5 down yet.

Mishawaka and South Bend seem REALLY strong. Where I live I am in the "Extended 4G area" and I don't get 4G at all. You will notice once you cross 19 all the way until you pass Capitol and get about to Main Street/Grape Road that you wont have 4G. Even Verizon's website says "Congratulations your address is within a 4G market".
I go to both Ivy Tech South Bend and Elkhart Campus' for classes. South Bend was consistently faster than Elkhart.

Verizon says they don't know why I don't get 4G, my buddy doesn't get it here on his Bionic either. I think they overestimated the tower coverage.

If anyone comes to my house and tried to break in, it would end with them dead. And, I am a Nurse/Medic, and Army Ranger Veteran, I would make sure they were dead.
Not to mention I have 2 dogs, 2 renters who are both cops, and a girlfriend who is as a good a shot as I am

I was talking more about people signing you up for junk mail, but that would be a good way to convince the mail man to stop delivering the ****. But 47 weapons, jeez. I mean when I am out of college ill probably get a pistol for home defense but 47 weapons is alot to maintain I am sure. It would be sweet to have though.
Just tested a few minutes ago and got my fastest ever. My Rezound is always alot faster than my brothers Tbolt whenever we test them side by side.

If you had a termination fee that means you left sprint, therefore you'll have a higher monthly bill no matter where you go. Also, you'll have a metered internet cap with your spanky new 4G LTE phone, and therefore you've also opened yourself up to an overage bill on the internet if you are a moderate to heavy user.

Hello,
Thanks to being able to bill to my account, I ordered a 64gb iPhone 5 today. I am honestly not sure if I am going to end up keeping it as I have been using Androids since 2.1 (Eclair) and I really like the platform. However, I am frustrated that Sprint frakked the Photon 4G replacement and I am not fond of Samsung (too plasticky) and to a lesser extent HTC.
I was honestly praying that Sprint would get some sort of version of the RAZR. The Intel Atom powered RAZR looks amazing, but has only been announced for Europe and I think Asia.
Being with Sprint since 1999, I really am conflicted about the iPhone in general. Thanks to Sprint having to pony up Billions of Dollars just to offer the bloody thing. they have done away with the Premier Gold Program replete with 12 Month Upgrades, the ability to bill equipment to your account at any corporate owned Sprint Store, and far less understanding Account Services actions.
That being said., it will be nice to have tons of options for Accessories where with the Photon there are hardly any. Still, I am hoping a flagship Android Phone is announced by Sprint in the next month.

My wife just got the iphone 5 and it's pretty impressive. I don't understand why people here sound so indignant that a photon user would be jumping ship. There is a market for the iphone obviously. I find it a foolish exercise to try and compare phones and platforms. At the end of the day they do the same most of functions. At the end of the day
Choice of device is a personal one. If on the day I told myself I now longer care to think about my tech I might move to a different platform as well. People have reasons for moving to ios, and are better for it in many cases.

Is there no one saddened by the news of an Iphone convert simply because he was able to pay about what the phone is actually worth, $40?
Wouldn't you jump ship if you could get a Cryphone at a cheap price?
I'm sure there's plenty of people in 3rd world countries that would love to have this phone rather than something like food or shelter. How else
are they going to shoo the flys away?

There's really lines? That's awesome. I ordered mine over the phone because the lady told me that it's not available in stores. Lol I'm so mad. But I get it tomorrow anyways since I ordered it so early lol
Here in south Tampa fl no one but me is here. I'm at one of the main stores in Tampa too! Lol And they open at 9am et.

I honestly didn't expect a line, so that's why I decided against preordering. My store doesn't open until 10. I'll probably get there a couple of minutes before they open.

I'm at my local BB, no one is here! They open at 10am. I will be first in line. I bought the LG G2 last thurs to replace my note 2. Big mistake!!! Once you go Big you never go back.
The G2 felt extremely small, even with the 5.2" display it just felt wrong! I used it for about an hour and I still haven't taken the protective film off. It's been sitting in the box on my desk for a week.
Hopefully it's an easy exchange process and I'm out quickly. I gave my cousin my note 2 in exchange for his upgrade and I've been using the iPhone 5 from my business line.
10am can't come fast enough!!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE:
2 people just pulled up! They are sitting in their car. It appears we are sizing each other up. I'm pretty sure I can beat them to the front door, they look out of shape! It's raining here, so no one wants to stand outside. This might get ugly!!!!! LOL

I'm going to "Edge Up" with the Note 3. I know...such a ripoff. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Anyway, I don't think it works for Edge. Upgrade only, right?

I got in on the data glitch so I cant do it. But also my Note 3 is being held hostage by Verizon till the iPhone 5s gold becomes available.

I read about your situation in the pre-order thread. That absolutely sucks and sounds like something that would happen to me. I was planning to pay for my upfront cost by billing to my account and having the money ready by my next bill, but found out that isn't an option with Edge. Sigh...the crap we put up with from cell companies....

I really wished tmobile would have more service around me. I would jump ship instantly. With their new unlimited world wide text and data is awesome.
