Transparent Status Bar Using UoT Kitchen - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've one doubt in uot, If I'm applying a mod like status bar mod, do I need to configure every thing or only what I want to change?
For example I just want to make my status bar transparent, so do I need to configure other things like notifications, topbar etc. too along with status bar?
"What I want to know is if uot creates a new mod and replaces it in the uploaded files or does it changes specific things in the files I provided?"

[Q] Transparent status bar

Hello,
want to know if it's possible make theme with transparent status bar like MIUI themes. Someone said it depend on rom.
If it's only about changing .png in framework, so it could be done in few minutes right ?

Status bar

I am looking for a few status bar items, there is probably more than one solution to each question.
I am looking for these status bar icons, does anyone know where i can find them? See attached picture.
I also see people with music transport buttons in the dropdown and toggles for wifi and bluetooth etc, how are people achieving these things??
Uot
Sent from my SuperStreak! ;-)
The simple way is to use widgetsoid, but streak roms do not support directly pressing the buttons in the notification bar, you ahve to have it make a small pop-up menu to actually use them.
The more complex way is to modify the frameworks to directly support them without external apps, but that requires modifying the frameworks.
use UOT you can get any of those!!

[Q] Transparent or hide lockscreen status bar

Hy guys, I'm trying to theme my own custom ROM and don't want to do things like copy and paste. I already mod semi-transparent extended status bar, 100% status bar, change a bunch of icons, mod lidroid-res.apk, etc.
Someone could help me in my request? Already search a hole framework, twframework and systemui bit nothing yet.
I will be very happy with any tip

quick question about status bar

How can I change the color of the text/icons in my status bar?
I feel like such a newbie asking this
You don't unless your ROM includes a way. The only way to do it is to flash a theme with the colors you want, and that will only change the system icons. App icons will not change.
Thats kinda what I thought

Transparent Status Bar with Stock rooted VRAMC3?

Xposed framework (? Google that) will allow you to have a transparent status bar.
transparent statusbar
Install cleanrom and then use this;

Download and install Xposed Framework: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
Then you need to download this module, which will show up inside of Xposed Framework: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1629653
There is an option for status bar colors, you can do whatever colors you want to or do transparency.
And after all that your status bar will look like crap when opening anything with a white background like the one you'll type on to reply to this .. lol

Hes right about this, it will look like ****. Its a transparent background, whatever background your app has your status bar will too.
I would do 50% transparency, that one looks fine.
EDIT: Another option. You can flash my theme say, "yes" to, "are you using clean rom?" Then select 100% or 50% transparency. You can skip the whole theme and just apply those mods, those mods will work just fine because its based on clean rom and he doesnt do heavy modifications. YOU MUST select a battery style though because I made it so all the mods contain 100% increment batteries. If you dont select a battery then your battery will disappear.
