Know a way to charge the battery? (not the phone)

Some of you know, my charging port is done (salt water).
Phone works fine though...
How can I pop the battery out and charge it? Know of a dock or equivalent?
OEM spare battery comes with a charging dock.

Or get a wall battery charger from ebay
When Tmobile had the 50% off going, I got a spare battery and charger for 25 bucks for my GF. She don't charge the phone anymore, just swap batteries. I got it from a Tmobile brick and mortar store.
For 5 quids..

For 5 more you can get 2 extra batteries too. Batteries might say 1500mah but most probably they'll be 900 or something but still..

Actually got 2 spares and a charger for only a penny and 9.99 shipping on eBay. Batteries last just as long as OEM. I'm sure for a few bucks more you can find a good deal and get them a lot quicker than I did, 3 weeks from Hong Kong.

Spare Battery?

I am going to be traveling in the next couple of weeks and there will be several days that I am nowhere near a charger for 12+ hours. My Note has been really good with the battery with moderate use but the area I am going to has LTE so I plan to play around a bit. I figured it would be best to purchase a spare battery now and then take that with me so I am not running into any problems. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good spare battery? I know there are plenty of off-brand batteries on Amazon and eBay. Would it be better to get a Samsung official battery or has anyone had good success with any of those off-brands?
Thanks!
I bought Samsung "Spare Battery Charging System". Included battery, carry/charge case, micro-USB cable and Charger. Case doubles as stand for portrait /landscape viewing. Phone does not charge via stand, only spare battery charges.
$49.00 at AT&T. Good value, IMO.
I have been very happy with the Hyperion 2600mah 2pk with charger on Amazon for under $28. I believe they sell the batt separately also. Battery life is comparable to the oem batt and as an added bonus....it recharges faster for some unknown reason. Highly recommended...really.

Do you have a link to that product? I am searching Amazon and AT&T's websites and I do not find anything close to that. Only the dock or the charger with no batteries. Thanks!
I have using Anker batteries in all my android phones, and LOVE them. Fantastic customer service! You have a problem? They will take care of you with in a day!
The Anker batteries on my previous Samsung Infuse worked fine for myself for traveling .
I am using the Hyperion battery as well. Get which ever battery beforehand so you have time to go through a few recharge cycles to get the battery at its peak performance.
I ended up ordering the Hyperion 2 x 2600mAh batteries with charger. Along with the OEM battery I should have no problems lasting an entire day away from a charger.

Thanks all!
Doh . . . I was just going to say you can order OEM batteries from Amazon through a seller for $30 and it comes with a charger.
IT doesn't mention that it comes with the battery but it does.

Just be careful buying "OEM" through other then official channels. There has been atleast one person here that bought "OEM" battery that gave him a whopping 6 hours of run time.

That's still good to know because Amazon is great about returns. I returned an "extended" battery for my Infuse when it lasted less than the OEM but was falsely rated higher. So if by chance the Hyperion batteries don't hold out I can always return them. I am sure they will work fine though, at least for the purposes that I need them for.
I just ordered this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005VBNYDS/ref=oh_o06_s00_i00_details
Basically it's an external battery; this worked better for me as I have multiple devices that sometimes need an extra "kick" so I didn't want to be limited to a single battery for a single device.
If the Hyperions perform like the one I bought, you should be satisfied. It seems to operate as long as the Samsung one that came with the phone.
That being said, I also ordered the Samsung charger/battery combo that's also $30, and sold one of the Hyperion batteries and the charger. So now I've got 2 Samsung batteries and 1 Hyperion in rotation. I can't really tell the difference among them.
In the end, I think you get more bang for the buck with the Hyperions.
both OEM batterys came in today from amazon. havent got to use it yet, but same box from AT&T store

External batteries legit or scam?

Hello xda. I have bought the awesome SGS3, I don't have any problems with it, hopefully you don't have either.
I was checking out cases and covers when I stumbled around batteries such as :
1 x 4300MAH Extended Battery
1 x Back Cover
1 x Battery Charger
or
3X GOLD 2850mah High Capacity Battery For Samsung Galaxy S III 3 i9300 + Charger
I am interested in he 4300mAh battery, do you think it's legit or is it a scam? Is it worth buying?
Thanks guys!
My 2p worth: If it sounds too good to be true... You'll also lose NFC capabilities since that's built in the battery.
There's a 3rd party batteries thread in the accessories section though I haven't looked through it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1691085

From what I can say from the video, it looks like a S3 mini. It isn't as vertically long as an S3. Have you tried checking the model number in the settings? There's a possibility that the sticker might be wrongly sticked on. Second, the mah tells you how much charge the battery can hold, how long the battery can last. For my phone, the numbers did not match either. As long as it can fits, assume it can work. Unless the batteries is fake, you shouldn't worry so much. Yes, its safe for you to buy the S3 wall charger. I always mix the chargers for my phones, like using the Tab 2 charger to charge my Note 2. If you're still unsure, you can go to a shop and have a check. See if its the same size as the S3 mini there. There's a chance that it could be those fake china phones.

its 35 usd from were I am sitting ..
and it aint about the looks.. that white external charger can double has a battery case and charger.. that is cool to me, could be for somebody else.
and the most important .. those almost universal battery chargers ain't worth a crap , and work like for 2 months and then give their soul to their chinese maker .. I had a few..
And I swear I don't trust those circuits to charge my batt .. that white external charger uses the stock charger or any external powerbank for charge on the go.
I Just think it's worth it , for it gives much more options
Love this one(RavPower 14000mAh)
I have an iPhone 4, sumsung S3 and iPad 2 which is clear that I need a battery charger that saves me. Looking around the market there're massive brands. At the first sight I have looked around Mophie, Mipow, but they seem to be at the luxury price line. Once my best buv Jack showed me his RavPower 14000mAh that he gets from Amazon, it was a cool one that you can charge 2 devices at the same time. Amazed by the price(around 40 bucks), I give it a try. Now I carry it with me everyday, you guys should really try it out.
