so far thats the best fm app that works with AOKP based roms
since stock fm radio isn't supported by AOKP

No but they may do the app on the stable release that is coming out very soon, but nobody knows for sure.......
Lately there has been some new AOSP Roms coming out and was interested if anyone knew of the best alternative for the Stock Sense FM Radio. ( Or radio that specifically uses your local area to listen to local stations)
Any help / advice/ suggestions regarding a replacement would be greatly appreciated.

TuneinRadio Pro doesn't use the FM antenna, but it absolutely pulls in every FM and AM station in your area....and the rest of the planet, which is nice. Wanna check out what the AM scene in Antarctica is like?

No, that needs stock samsung framewrk for u ma8, try 'Spirit FM' instead

I tried Spirit FM. The radio it self was working fine, but I was unable to get it to stream sound through headphones or speaker...

I am using the official AEX ROM from this forum and the FM app given in the ROM works fine in my Moto E2 3G.
