Hi guys!
I update my Galaxy S2 to ICS and installed the Apex launcher then removed the Touchwiz using Root Explorer. But now I find, in the widgets list, two quick search bar. The first has a icon of a lens and the widget bar is transparent, the second has a blue icon and the widget bar is dark gray (there was also before to delete the Touchwiz). How can I remove one of the two? (the dark gray if possibile)

Hi I'm looking for the launcher 2 pure launcher every one I have download has one flaw that is driving me crazy. When u hit the menu button on the homescreen all the icons are the correct icons except for the notification menu icon. The menu icon on the stock build of android is a speech bubble that represens notification. On all the launcher 2apk i have installed the icon has been replaced with a ugly check mark. If some one could link me to a launcher with the correct icon. Or if they could pull it from a nexus s or the android sdk and attach it I would be very helpful thanks for all the help.

When I want to change icon of shortcut I don't see "Transparent icon" under LauncherPro icons.. It was there before, but now it's missing. Anybody having the same problem?
I think I never had that option before..
anyway, you can download a transparent icon and choose it from gallery!
Here is one! (you cannot see it but you can save it!)
Thanks, I already figured it out. When I install Lunar UI theme, browser icon is being changed with transparent icon . Only when using Lunar UI.
hey there, so i recently rooted my tablet and i was wondering if there is a way to change the icons on the launcher bar (the home, back, and recent apps) like you could do on the galaxy nexus.
Hello! I'm new to Androids and so far I like it but I do have questions.
1. Is there any way to make the status/notification bar transparent on my HTC One?
I installed the apex launcher which allows me to hide the status bar entirely but I find that a bit annoying because I like to see the information on my notification bar at all times (i.e. time, connection). I just want the black strip to be transparent.
2. I just found out that there is an update to the software (4.3) and I'm currently on 4.1.2. If I install the update, will everything on my phone reset? Will I lose the layout of my icons with the apex launcher or Sense?
Status bar becomes transparent with 4.3 update. Does the green led seem brighter after update?

I just restored a Nova Launcher to my new phone and I have several Nova action shortcuts, that now are transparent - they are like 95% transparent, I can't even see them any more.
How can I turn this behavior off? I also made a new shortcut - and that is just as invisible. The screenshot shows this for Battery and VPN icons.
