ICS build that maintains BT audio car connection? - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is anyone using ICS with a Bluetooth car stereo successfully?
I've tried Resurrection Remix and Litening ROMS with a JVC KD-R821 bluetooth stereo. When playing back Podcasts using Beyondpod the bluetooth signal repeatedly drops. It usually reconnects after a few seconds, but not always. I'm looking for an ICS ROM that doesn't suffer from this problem.
Any suggestions?

[Q] Bluetooth stops streaming with 3.5 mm jack inserted

Hi There,
I have a Galaxy S I9000 and while I was running the stock 2.3.6 I was able to stream music via Bluetooth to my parrot kit in the car.
The app Togglesettings sensed I plugged in a 3.5 mm jack and changed to car mode.
Now I flashed to the [ROM][ICS][I9000] Team ICSSGS RC4.2 I'm very happy with the speed, but it seems that whenever I plugin a 3.5mm Jack streaming over Bluetooth stops.
Is this normal behavioral, and can I have the old way?
Kind regards
Guy

Car Dock w/ CM7 Based Roms

I use my MotoCardock Alot and find issues with CM7 Based Rom (Mainly Use Neutrino) .
Audio Output in calls/media player needs the phone redocking all the time to use the usb audio output and not the Atrixspeaker. CM9 Seems to do the same but only needs a redock if a call comes in while playing music. Anyone incountered this problem???
I switched on the Dock Insertion sound and when i orginally dock it it works fine and the notification works on my car speakers.
I am seeing the same thing. I was running stock or blur based for a while and am now running CM7.2. The CM7 car dock app will not play anything out the USB/wired audio output. The Car Dock Ultra will play out the wired output upon insertion, but a call hangup does not reset the audio to wired from bluetooth as you noted, it goes to the phone speaker.
If you use bluetooth (why?) for audio playback, it does return to the last audio playing.
It is annoying.

Why? Because some of us don't have aux inputs on our car radios, so we use hands-free Bluetooth devices with an FM transmitter to play music from the Atrix over an FM channel. Works just fine.

Bluetooth connection dropping

I'm running ICS (Resurrection Remix 1.4) and use my phone with a JVC KD-R821 bluetooth stereo. When playing back Podcasts using Beyondpod the bluetooth signal repeatedly drops. It usually reconnects after a few seconds, but not always.
I had a similar problem with the latest Litening ROM (9.7), but in this case the connection never recovered itself after dropping.
Has anyone else had these issues?

Problems pairing RAZR bluetooth with Alpine stereo

Droid RAZR Maxx, stock ROM, rooted.
I recently installed an Alpine CDE-HD137BT stereo in my car, which has quite a bit of bluetooth functionality. However, I do have quite a few issues connecting my Razr's BT with the Alpine.
-Sometimes the BT icon on the stereo will light up, and the BT icon on the RAZR will turn blue, indicating that they are paired. However, even though they showing as being paired and connected, it occassionally won't play any audio through the stereo (in fact, the audio will play through the RAZR's speaker). This some times happens with CALLS as well.
-Sometimes the two devices will connect fine, which then automatically causes my phone to start playing music from whatever music app was being used last; the music will play fine through the car stereo's speakers for maybe 20 seconds, followed by a shrill, loud, high frequency tone that only goes away by switching the source or by turning the radio off/on (by turning the car off/on).
-Sometimes the phone will pair perfectly to the stereo, and I make a call before listening to any music. The call is executed beautifully, but then following the call, audio will not stream through the stereo, nor will any subsequent calls work via bluetooth.
-(known problem) the specific Pandora fucntions on the stereo do not seem to work with this device.
Anyone else have the above issues? If so, what did you do to remedy them?
Thanks in advance!
never had those problems before but I now how pissy bluetooth between phones and radios can be, I had a pioneer AVIC D-3 with the BTB-200 bluetooth module. When I first got it I had to manually pair it each time and the problem was that when setting up the pairing I had to have the radio discover the phone instead of the phone discovering the radio or vice versa I can't remember but that solved almost all of the problems I had then, every once in a blue moon my current radio doesn't auto pair, but its not a huge deal as this one doesn't do A2DP audio streaming it only does the Hand Free Profile and text message alerts.

[Q] Miui Bluetooth audio Fixed?

Just wondering if they have fixed Bluetooth Audio yet? Seems to be that in my car it connects to the phone part fine, but when it connects to audio it comes up "BT Audio Device Error" then I have to wait another couple of minutes before it connects fully. One of the only reasons I stopped using MIUI, since I always listen to my phone's music in the car. Only been happening since ICS versions. Or does anyone know of an Alternate MIUI without this problem? Asnet, Etc....
