You may try to access your phone via ADB. If this works, push stock kernel and a flash tool to your phone and flash a working kernel via adb shell.
I did this years ago on a HTC Magic, but dont remember very well.
You did hold volume up while connecting the powered off phone to your computer, did you?

PLEASE HELP
This might be due to the broken kernel.
Download Stock ftf file and then flash it using flashtool.
You have to press VOLUME DOWN key while plugging in usb
brought my phone back to life!
Thanks ppl for ur replies, the problem was due to the kernel i guess, in face the boot.img provided by cyanogen still wont work! no idea why.. could this be because of a different baseband, or soemthing?... Anyways the phone never responded to usb connection, never got into fast boot or flash mode, until i RESTARTED my computer. after i restarted my pc , i was able to flash another kernel ... now im using a AOSP mini ics rom. which is kewl, thankx fellas

Older versions of CyanogenMod kernels were indeed not working due to some bug.
The latest, FXP119, has kernel fixed and works great.

A couple of days ago my xperia mini pro started acting strange. after turning the screen off once, it wouldn't turn on. i coudn't see anything, if a call comes i hear the ringtone and can't answer it.the problem persisted on rebooting.
so i thought about installing cm 9.0 fresh again as i was gonna do it anyways. so i reboot it and get to cwm, i goto installing new cm and it says: finding update package, opening update package, installing update.... it got stuck here kept it for an hour and no luck. so i pulled the battery and reinserted it. on booting it got stuck in a bootloop. so i tried to restore my previous cm9 and it checked the md5 sum and started restoring system, and it stuck there. i tried restoring it to other backups and it gets stuck at some point in restoring sytem.
i can get into cwm but restoring gets stuck midway, so its not much use.
the xperiamini pro is rooted and bootloader unlocked. need help.
EDIT:
found the root cause
the cwm basically loses connection with the sd card after certain time. so can't restore, install, mount(for pc). all gets stuck midway. So i threw away the sd card. got a new one. copied the backup and voila its good as new. now i am back in cm9.1.
Re: CWM gets stuck and no rom
Change your kernel and try cwm again...

AJ
Is there any way to know the battery percent in this situation. when connecting charger, it bootloops. and so i don't wanna use flashtool without knowing how much battery i have.
when i try to connect it via flashmode, it connects for some time and then starts booting

i cant use flashtool, after exactly 40 seconds on connecting via flashmod, the connection breaks and the devices boots. i tried flashmod with emma, it didn;t reboot but it doesn't have anything for my phone.
any way i can get links to other better kernels for sk17i. (maybe lupus?)

Use Fastboot. Copy boot.img to fastboot directory. Power off your phone. Go to fastboot directory, press the vol up button and connect phone with PC via USB cable. You'll hear the connection tone and led will become blue. Release vol up button. Run flash.cmd and it's done. All you need is 2-3 secs.

kernel is kernel_mini_pro_ics_lupus_v3_cwm
EDIT:
This is specifically a win 8 issue! couldn't do it in a lap with win 8 either. could easily do it with win 7.
now i am running lupus kernel and the restore still gets stuck
using cwm v5.0.2.7 (by KrSH)
I gave up on cwm, had a stock ftf lying around flashed it the old fashioned way.
its a far cry from cm, i feel like i'm in the stone age. but still beats having a useless phone.
too scared to try cwm again.
now back in cm9.

I woke up this morning, my Xperia U is hunging up, Radio Mode On.. So i unplug my headset.. But there's still a sound.. A sound like shhhhhh.. so what i did i remove the battery and turn it ON.. and it SONY loading with XPERIA, and it shutdown down or close i guess, and it turned on again and again.. so i'm worrying what happen on my phone...
So what i did is open the flashtool.. Im trying to Fastboot it but everytime a Press UP (Volume) and plug the USB to Computer
Info shows like this:
INFO: Drivers need to be installed for connected device
INFO: You can find them in the Driver folder of Flashtool
So i don't know what does it mean..
My 2nd try.. I flash it. i follow the procedures on how to flash.. then it goes well.
So im done flashing, i saw the Log, it says
23/000/2013 10:00:16 - INFO - Flashing finished.
23/000/2013 10:00:16 - INFO - Please unplug and start your phone

So i guess everything is alright... when i turn it on... it brings back again.. Loading and Loading again and again..
I don't know what to do anymore, i keep on flashing all the time. I can't check my debugging because of it,,
I already fastboot my xperia with different ftf.. i got help from other forums because my phone is Rooted before, so i decided to bring it back to its original interface and state...
Some say the probable problem will be in memory... Please i need ur help...

Sir i have a question, your firmware works on my phone but even im using my previous ftf there is something poping out saying that
"Factory start-up service, please wait for power off button" and after a min.. it turned off and off course i turned on and bootloop again..
Help please, anyone i'm losing hope to my phone
i do SUS right after flashing that latest FTF, it's still don;t work.. So turn ON my phone... there it goes.. Bootloopng again...
I guess the ftf is OKAY,,, but the problem is there is poping of Restarting or shutting down something.
i thought my phone is now okay, after i turned off automatically and i turn it ON, assuming that it goes again.. but it became okay for only 5 mins or so.. then it turned off again and boot looping again and again.. After i flash it with new version, and it fail, i flash it again with my stock ftf.. then it's goes well but the problem is the poping up "Factory startup service: wait for the power off button"...
And "Power off and use phone." i have no choice, i can only press Power Off..
Still hoping

No, it's not an app. I hope your boot loader is unlocked. Install drivers for flash tool. Power off phone. Download sliding XU kernel, stock version and place img file in flash tool folder. Go to flash tool, press thunderbolt. Select fast boot. Make sure phone is off. Then connect usb in phone with volume up pressed. A blue led should glow. Then in the fastboot toolbox, press flash kernel and select the sliding XU img file. Let it complete flashing, remove phone from usb. Reboot and keep pressing volume up on Sony logo. You are now in cwm. You can flash a new Rom here

hello guys

is that a hardware problem that can be repaired somehow, or I screwed up my phone for good?
funny thing is that I am able to boot my phone and work with it for a few minutes without any problem, but after that a bunch of "stopped working app" pop-ups appear making me unable even to click OK and only hard reset can get me out of that missery. The other thing is, that data on my phone are by some miracle always restored after every reboot. I delete app, reboot, app is back. I take photo, reboot, photo is not there.
Next funny thing- I managed to munt my sd card as mass storage, so I was able to format it with tools like SDformatter, HP USB disk storage format tool. After format I rewriten sd card with bunch of crap (movies and so on) just to make sure, old data are not there anymore. For my excitement, after reboot, old data which was on sd card before formating was back - every single one openable (and crap nowhere). Where does it recover from?
please guys help me, I'm struggling with my phone over one week now :crying:

try installing the driver in the flashtool first and also flashboot/fastboot driver as well if done.
flash the ftf file then
hard turn-off your phone by hitting power button and up volume then wait for 3 vibrations...
hold down-volume button before inserting the cable (light green indicator)
-feedbacks
@skynetko
And the phone is still operational?

yes it is, check my #1 post in this thread...I described the strange behaviour of my phone. I really don't understand. I can make phone calls, send messages, connect my laptop to its internet through its hotspot- in other words, everything works fine, but just for few minutes...

That's why I asked, because I wonder how it's working after earasing boot partition.
Did you flash stock kernel with fastboot (kernel.sin) and had those errors too?
I know there is format command in fastboot but never tried it, though bad blocks are usually at the device level and not sure there anything can be done about it.

Same problem with my old Xperia Sola... Has someone found a solution?
I did a google search and it seems to be due to bad blocks, and it seems that no one can recover the bad blocks. Thus, Flashtool can't install any firmware because not enough space. If you try with fastboot flash xxx.img it will say just that:
E:\Droid_XperiaSola\fastboot>fastboot flash boot boot.img
sending 'boot' (6148 KB)...
(bootloader) USB download speed was 11202kB/s
OKAY [ 0.582s]
writing 'boot'...
(bootloader) Download buffer format: boot IMG
(bootloader) Flash of partition 'boot' requested
(bootloader) S1 partID 0x00000003, block 0x0000d000-0x00014fff
(bootloader) Erase operation complete, 32768 bad blocks encountered
FAILED (remote: Image won't fit, too many bad blocks!)

you need to start from the very beginning: First install omap4boot and then use Lelus tool to install x and u boot then put the phone in fastboot mode. Then you should be able to s/w upgrade for offline fix.

Did you use Lelus' fastboot to flash u-boot / x-loader? There is P769 ICS version in that script.
Did you try to use LG mobile support tool to recover your phone?

While running the script select fastboot hold the vol + button and immediately put the battery back and close the script(lelus) in ! will boot into S/W and LG device does pick it up now i need to charge the battery :| will report back if everything goes well
That won't work because you should have inverted sw upgrade mode which means you don't have enough time before the fastball ends. Crossing my fingers for you
P769v20h- 'tis the season to give thanks so push the button already!

it worked for me .i do get a inverted sw upgrade mode kdz or the lg support tool picks it up just fine as i cant charge the battery .but its definitely can be revived this way . why does fastboot last only 1 min for this phone tho ?
Were you able to flash it back? Fastboot is only for a few minutes because it's not real fastboot. This is only a mock program that will help temporarily. I don't think you can flash the full ROM with this tool but if you can more power to you!

Hi guys,
after flashing original recovery from Rashr, I have a hard bricked Meizu M1 Note. I can only boot into fastboot or VCOM (for SP Tool), no recovery, not normal boot.
Hope you can help me,
Thank you
Same story, even worse! I wanted to downgrade from LP to KK. I followed step by step guide posted in other forum. Everything works, but after 2 or 3 days, phone started to act very strange. Volume keys did not react properly (cant switch in recovery and made an screen shot for example), phone started to loose network coverage . I tried to reset it, but unfortunately no fastboot and recovery modes were present. The only way to switch in recovery was rashr tool. I decided to reflash recovery again and everything went wrong! The result was permanent restart, no recovery and fastboot modes. Maybe this method should be avoided. I know that everything I made is at my own risk, dont blame me.
Need advice to unbrick it. I was thinking to disassemble it and disconnect battery and try to resurrect it with adb?! The bad thing is that it wont turn into fastboot...pfuu.
Have some progress - phone can go into fastboot mode, but when I try to flash stock recovery, it reports error:
C:\adb>fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
