As ya'll know android has a lotta browsers and download managers and i have quite a number of them (trust me)
I just wanna know what u ppl think coz one simply cannot trust that lame stock samsung browser for surfing or downloading.........
So heres the question.....
WHICH IS THE BEST BROWSER AND DOWNLOAD MANAGER FOR ANDROID??
PS: for me fast browsing=opera mini and download=turbo download manager
I use opera mobile and I works pretty neat. Sometimes I use dolphin too.
Personally I don't use any download manager and so no comments on that.

there are few download managers which are good : Download All Files ,aTorrent - Torrent Downloader, Easy Downloader, Internet Download Manager -IDM which are good and for web browers opera mini and dolphin browser both are good option were as opera is fast and dolphin give you option to open flash websites if have flash player installed.

Opera mini is great for browsing because it has a quick back-its in RAM. However, when I download some bigger file using opera mini, it crashes very often. I have heard, that stock ICS browser is very good. Stock gingerbread is good, too. But its just my opinion.
Stock ics browser, Google chrome(sadly no flash in this browser), opera mobile(on gingerbread and froyo only. On ics, it seems to hang a lot)
Edit: by the way, for downloading files from file sharing websites such as mediafire, I tested on MANY browsers but opera mobile works best

I use boat browser for downloading , dolphin for heavy surfing and opera mini for light surfing

I'm running dolphin HD .had a problem with cache but since i moved it back to the phone it runs flawless.

Hmmm I should give it a try then coz i was having a lot of FC's in almost all Google processes using this browser...

I think now on the Froyo Rom, the Android Browser is the fastest. You can read about it when you google a lot for differences betweedn 2.1 Eclair and 2.2 Froyo.
Mainly the best Browsers are: Android Browser ofcourse, Dolphin HD and Opera Mobile 10.1. Every of them supports Multitouch, which is very useful.
Ps. there is no need of Skyfire anymore, becouse an Froyo you can install real adobe flash.
Dolphin mini.
And for sites that require more, Opera Mobile and Skyfire...
But i only use them in extreme cases.
Xscope is the best. Clean and easy.
Put me in for another vote for default+dual touch. I liked firefox, but it suffers from the same problem as its desktop counterpart, massive memory hogging. Except, you cant just slap 8gb of ram into your phone like you can on a desktop.

Dear dx see the thing wich the guy give in attachment? Its called puffin browser its just normal browser but somehow it can play youtube and www.gry.pl ( this is games ) on youtube works perfectly but on games its little bit laggy

there is a probability that it works through proxy...
edit1: Yes, that's right. It works through proxy - this means that flash runs not on our device...It's like TeamViewer app...

omfg, there already was a thread about this browser.
btw, it works simmiliar to skyfire, it doesn't renders flash content on external servers and converts it into html5, but the content is embeded into site, not played fullscreen with video player, like in skyfire.
and that's the reason why it's laggy.
btw. this browser is also avalible for iOS devices, and it's quite popular since it "enables" flash

Hello. Seems to work, but is is so slow that i cant use it. It is a little advance, but i think X8 users never will have a 'functional' flash player. We have a very best price/quality terminal.

yea it takes off to singapore... no its stuck in buffering... it landed in malaysia. ok sorry i am a little off topic here.
Looks like if we tried clearing the ram and putting performance mode in setcpu it might work.

if u overclock it will work(i think)
As there is no flash version that is fully compatible with our ARMv6 CPU, i'm quite sure it'll never run properly and without bugs as the actual version is compiled and optimized for other CPUs and their instruction-sets that the ACE's processor just can't handle.
Also browsing the internet might suck with flash as the web mainly consists of adds n ****.
x10mini pro reported working with ov cynogenmod 7.0.maybe ov is needed.
add fugu tweak and loopy smoothness still no luck.
I might try it on my galaxy ace running cyanogenmod 7

right now this app is available as a free(stated as BASIC) app with ads. note there is no paid version.
if u have any prob with ads , get rooted & use any adblocker , like AdAway ! it is working like a paid app for me !

hmmm....it's much more then stock player i beleive..,......it has awesome features.....but stock one can't compare with jetaudio at all

yes , it looks like cm7 music player ! but,if i m not wrong it has every feature poweramp has..
plus it has more !
i think it s still on development stage , so UI is not so attracting. BUT POWERAMP GOT ITS TRUE COMPETITOR !

and this reminds me , jetaudio always has two versions for pc , number one BASIC - free , and other one PLUS VX - paid ! i think , PLUS VX version for android also coming at play store in short time.

Anyone who is complaining about UI, Give them some time. It's their first build and no app comes with attractive UI in their first build. Any true music fans knows Quality > UI. That's what the devepolers are focused on and has put so many features. Soon they will change UI also so just wait and watch.
Any recommended Settings For Jetaudio On Galaxy 3 For Maximum Audio Quality On speaker as well as headphones ???

u flashed cwm zip? if yes go to system /app....install from there again...

I updated the SGS 3 and installed the latest flash player 11.1.115.27
and it works only on stock browser !
and it didn't work on ( opera , Maxthon )
and i want it to work on maxthon !!
actually it works but when playing a video like youtube and click on ( full screen ) it shows a blank white page !!

Yes i did but its also have the same problem ( the touch is very very inaccurate in flash games )
If you want flash to work you'll have to roll back to ICS, from now on flash support is only going to get worse.
Yeap, flash support has even been dropped in Linux. They will drop Windows support asa html 5 well be generalized enough.
