I can CONFIRM the BACK camera works!
3D doesn't seem to work though, gives a black screen in preview, when I take a picture I get a brown and a green line.

Did you update your firmware?? If so did you remain s-off?

Had a couple of questions -
Anything I should know before installing this?
Should I use CWM or is 4EXT okay? (Coming from meanROM)
I'm assuming I should do a data wipe, should I use a flashable superwipe?
Do I need to/Should I flash the firmware? Do I do that with recovery or Fastboot? (I haven't done fastboot in a long time anyone got a good guide?)
Thanks for answering my questions, I've been waiting for an ICS rom (That isn't just half working). I know its a leak and not official and there may be bugs. Thanks again

It'll be hard to answer these questions at the moment, and if you're not sure you should wait until someone else does it so that you don't mess anything up.

I think he is reuploading it with a fixed updater script so that it flashes correctly.
